Ce condo de Sea Winds Penthouse offre une vue époustouflante sur la superbe plage de sable blanc de 6 kilomètres de Marco. (17ème étage) Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil, en regardant les dauphins, les bateaux et toutes les activités de la plage, depuis votre véranda de 21 pieds, à seulement quelques mètres de l'eau. . Paradise on the Gulf of America!

Wonderful, clean and well organized condo with unbeatable 17th floor views of the Gulf. Everything is set to go for the beach…just relax.

Excellent Vacation

This condo was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed, and then some! Owners were very attentive and available for minor issues at beginning of our stay. Very clean; the cleanest condo we have ever seen. (We have stayed at quite a few of them). We hope to come back to Marco Island, and will definitely stay at this condo again!

Great vacation

The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The property owners were very accessible and cooperative. We had beautiful weather all week. May is a beautiful month on Marco Island. Great weather and no crowds. We highly recommend this property and would rent again.

Holly and Al are top notch hosts. Very responsive to communication. They seem to strive for making your stay perfect. The accommodations were great and they had literally everything stocked making our stay so enjoyable. Directions were very clear throughout. Thank you Al and Holly!!

Beautiful Condo

Our condo was so beautiful, clean and right on the beach where you can watch the sunset each night on the balcony. Some restaurants are within walking distance, which is a plus. The beach was never crowded. We needed a relaxing vacation and it was Perfect!

Wonderful condo with spectacular view

Condo was well stocked and very clean. Totally enjoyed the week. Communication with the owners was easy. Sea winds condos are very nice and close to restaurants and grocery stores right up the road. Beach is very nice too!!

Amazing Sunsets

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to have a relaxing stay. Holly and Al were very responsive when needed. The view from the condo was breathtaking, the beach was amazing. No complaints, we had an awesome time. Will definitely be coming back.

We had the BEST TIME!

Al and Holly are wonderful hosts! Holly communicated very quickly whenever we needed it and was kind and helpful. The resources that come with the rental are great and very thoughtful! We traveled with some disabled senior travelers and we were able to navigate the condo very well. Would definitely recommend.

White beach, warm water, plenty of shells, dolphins, sunsets, and stars

There is not one negative thing to comment or complain about! Al and Holly were most gracious hosts of any the wife and I have met over the years. You don’t need to pack anything but your clothes as Holly has every single thing you need to be totally comfortable. The penthouse condo was extremely quiet, clean, and cozy with a great beach feel and atmosphere. Highly recommend and 5 stars.

Seawind Fun

Very clean and nice unit. Property owners very nice and knowledgeable. Beautiful ocean view. We just found the condo to be smaller than we expected and we had to pay to park the car for the week which was also unexpected. Also, condominium complex did not have community barbecues for the guests to use. I found that odd because all the other condos we have stayed at did. Overall, our stay was very nice and restful!

Superb Trip! Bests hosts ever!

We had a great time and loved everything about our trip. Holly and Al were excellent at answering questions that only a local would know immediately. They were very helpful with dining info and recommendations about local activities. The condo itself was perfectly appointed, had everything we needed and more. Great to have beach stuff... they even had coolers. Way more stuff than listed in the ad. The view is spectacular, we had many cloudy days, but the sunset is priceless when visible. We only gave a 4 star on cleanliness of the property. This has nothing to do with the unit itself, but the fans in the elevator don't work, doors are a little wonky, the keypad on the north entrance didn't work. Nothing that was really bothersome. Would not hesitate to rent again, or any of their other properties. Thanks!

OUR WEEK ON MARCO

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CONDO IS GREAT! Everything is provided from towels to t.p. pot and pan detg. to laundry detg. My only complaint would be the beach equipment and that may be because I'm a bit spoiled. I usually go to Destin on my September trip and have full umbrella, small table & two very nice beach chairs included in the condo rental from a local beach company. I had to replace the provided umbrella with a similar product because of some "lite" winds. It only cost $10.00 to replace. My wife and I went to a local beach chair vender a few doors up the beach to see if we could pay his going rate for his professional equipment at our location. He informed us that because of some sort of insurance issue, that would not be available to us. Maybe the condo assoc. could look into this for future rentals? I would be willing to pay the $100.00 or so per week for a nice beach set up as I do in Destin.

It was anti-climatic to be sure, always nice weather though.

The condo is very nice, Nicely appointed, spacious great location. We brought our bikes, etc. It's on a nice beach (but more on this later), the weather was perfect. Owners greeted us, seemed nice and responsive. We had shower pressure issue, they came next day and switched shower heads - problem solved! There was a nice set of beach stuff too. Now, the not-so-good part, sorry have to vent. When the owners showed us the deck, we looked to our left about 150 yards down the beach and there was heavy equipment replenishing the beach with sand, rather loud, backhoes, front end loaders, large crane and a pumping machine spewing water and sand. I get the need to do this, but we should have been warned. The husband said as he pointed to our left about 50 yards from the condo, "They are planning on going to right about there." I said OK. Seemed like that would keep our beach open in front of condo at least. Well, they also didn't tell us that they were working 24/7, yes, all through the night! LOUD, annoying and we resorted to earplugs, but that wasn't enough. We tried the back bedroom (pushed two twins together), but the AC didn't work in that room and one of the beds was saggy. So then 2 days later they started moving at a good pace down the beach toward our part of the beach. I called and asked owner if they knew how far they would be going and if they knew about the 24/7 thing. She said "no, but they were trying to get it done before turtle season and they never worked 24/7 before." So be it, immediately I looked on the internet and saw at least 2 articles written in December of 2019, spelling it out. They were starting in Jan. and hopefully finishing end of March /early April and that they were going all the way to the Marbelle (3 condos to our right)!! Owners have multiple units on Marco, he is a real estate agent and they live on Marco! Tell me they didn't know? We felt duped. We were subjected to noise and disruption (kept sliding door closed all day), and while sitting on beach for 14 days, and had to walk at least 100 yards to our right to find a spot on beach, but still had noise. I searched VRBO to satisy my curiosity and some other units for rent in that building warned of the equipment and stated it was 24/7. Lastly, after 1st week, stuff closed because of virus. No more communication from owner since the phone call about the work. Would have been nice to hear from them, like "I'm sorry."
