Beautiful farmhouse built in 1865, modernized into a 2 unit home with separate entrances. This is only one side of the home. The second side is 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. If you wish to inquire about more space, please reach out and we will let you know if it is available.
This side of the home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large dining area, a large living room with seating for 9, a nice sized kitchen with all the amenities as well as a washer & dryer on site and a large wrap around porch.

We stayed here and the family liked that we all had beds. It’s an older farm house but well appointed and had all we needed.

Location was great, we were able to hop on the Lakerline and get to downtown easily. Check in was easy and host responded quickly to questions. It felt much more like a frat house than a multi family house, but accommodated our needs just fine!

Golf Trip

Great spot to say for the price. Only a few minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and close to plenty of stores/restaurants. Host was very nice and communicated very well. Plenty of parking space, deck/patio was a great place to hang out

Great place for a large group. Very clean and it was to have the large dining table with plenty of seats. Location is great as it is only 6 minutes to downtown GR.

We rented the entire house by booking the two listings. Lots of room for a large family. Cozy back yard with fire pit and outdoor seating. Had a great time!

Great property for a large group

We were able to rent both sides of the home for a large group of family/friends that were visiting Grand Rapids for a wedding. This house worked out perfectly for us with enough space to all sleep and hang out together. We loved having the bonfire area and the location was close to downtown which made it easy to Uber.

Perfect!

We had 9 girls stay here for a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect space for us! Everything was very clean and functional for our stay and there was plenty of space to hang out, play games, and for everyone to sleep comfortably. The home is in a great location close to lots of activities in Grand Rapids. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout the booking process. We had a great time and would book again!

Short Stay

Our family with five adults and a 2 year old were in town for a family wedding. This provided us with great room to share at a reasonable price. The property is close to a variety of Grand Rapids attractions but is also within walking distance of restaurant and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay at this property but also in Grand Rapids.

My bachelorette.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a very comfortable size for the 11 of us that were there. It had everything that we needed. It was very clean and just a wonderful experience overall We will definitely be looking into this place again if we need a Grand rapids location

Perfect GR Getaway

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. The property is in an excellent location, 8 minutes to downtown GR, nearby a gas station, across the street from a grocery store. The beds were clean and comfortable, the house had enough space for all 9 of us to fit more than comfortably. If you are looking for the perfect retreat for a GR vacation, I highly recommend this one.

In the future, for the sake of other VRBO owners you may stay with, I would suggest you use the application that is provided by VRBO to reach owners when something is needed. Your phone number came into my phone as potential spam, so your call was not answered until you had called a few times. Had you reached out on the VRBO app with a message stating what your needs were, I would have instantly received a text message from VRBO and would have known that you were having a difficult time getting into the house and would not have ignored your call to voicemail thinking you were a solicitor. Have a great summer!
