Modern 2-Bedroom Townhouse Near UW â North Seattle Home at 4212
Modern townhouse in Seattleâs University Districtâjust north of downtown and close to transit, shops, and dining. Two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. Main floor features a full kitchen, half bath, sleeper sofa, floor mattress, and TV. Includes a private garage, full-size laundry, and small fenced yardâperfect for a convenient and comfortable stay.
I like to give guests space to enjoy their stay without interruption, but I am available via text, phone, and email if needed.
The townhouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 7 blocks west of the UW campus and a 10â15 minute walk to the University District Light Rail Station. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are even closer, and the Burke-Gilman Trail is just 2 blocks awayâperfect for walking, running, or biking.
Guests will have the full access to the entire town house.

Enjoy the convenience of a private garage with space for one car, plus an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
đœïž Second Floor
Head upstairs to a bright and open living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The dining area comfortably seats four, and a half bath (no shower) is conveniently located on this floor. The cozy living room includes a sofa bedâperfect for extra guestsâand provides access to the backyard via a small staircase.
đïž Third Floor
Upstairs, youâll find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a desk, chair, and individual AC units for personalized comfort. A clean, shared bathroom with a shower is located between the two bedrooms.
This home is perfect for small groups, business travelers, or families looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay with easy access to all that Seattle has to offer.
Many buses nearby, you can check King County Metro, or the app onebusaway for specific routes.
Light Rail (to SeaTac airport and other locations) is a short walk.

This townhouse is in a great location close to the University of Washington. Downtown Seattle and other destinations- Green Lake, Gas Works Park- are easy to get to.
We will send front door code and let you know when the place is ready on the day of your arrival.
There is parking for one car included, be aware that larger vehicles may not fit. Free street parking and a paid lot are within three blocks.
Heat is controlled by thermostats in the stairways and front bedroom- the back bedroom has a space heater. There is a portable AC unit in the upstairs bedroom.
Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the home.
No smoking in or on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Please be respectful of neighbors an keep noise to a minimum at all times.
