The Space:
Bring the whole family! Ranchos Retreat's generous 3-bedroom layout comfortably sleeps up to nine adults, or 10 altogether with the comfy sofa sleeper perfect for two little adventurers. We've even got a pack n' play crib waiting for your tiniest explorer.

Master Bedroom - King bed, double sofa sleeper, workstation, night stands, closet, ensuite bathroom.
Ensuite Bathroom - Double vanity, tiled walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 1 - King bed, table, night stands, closet.
Guest Bathroom - Vanity, shower/tub combo.
Guest Bedroom 2 - Two queen beds, night stand, closet.
Half Bath - Connected to Guest Bedroom 2.
Living Room - Open floor plan, sectional couch, chairs, large flat screen TV, gas fireplace.
Kitchen - Fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes and silverware, Crock Pot and more.
Backyard - Fire pit, charcoal grill.

►RV Hookup available for an additional fee of $50 per night - water and power hookups, but NO sewer.

Guest Access:
Private entrance to the home. Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Ranchos Retreat is located in the Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family-friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has a playground and plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. The park also includes a walking trail - perfect for going on a stroll with your loved ones!

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
