Our stay was easy, comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Great location for a Red Rocks concert and hiking. Jillian had great suggestions for restaurants and activities. The open kitchen-dining room-living room made for a great group get together.

Jillian’s property was conveniently located for the itinerary we had planned. The house was very nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the Denver area. Communication with Jillian was easy and she responded fast to any questions that I had.

Very nice and felt neighborhood-homey, 3 adults and 3 teens. We all had our space. City pool a 2 block walk, lids loved. Nice area. Loved the back covered patio area. Owner was pleasant to deal with. Enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great experience renting this home. It is very well equipped and conveniently located near shopping centers. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and attentive to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Spacious House in Arvada

6590 Saulsbury is a GREAT place to stay, the "host" is the best ever, the house is SWEET, and it's a great location and neighborhood.

We loved the rooms and everything was neatly cleaned when we got there. A suggestion we have is to add more blankets and adding some Kleenex boxes. Otherwise it was a great property and we enjoyed our stay.

Great home - would definitely stay again!

The hosts were great at communication and were quick to reply when messaged. The home was adorable and was nicely spaced out. The beds were comfy, had great hot water, appliances were great, and really enjoyed the home. If you’re looking for a house in Arvada, we’d totally suggest this one!

Beautiful house!

We had a perfect time at this house. It is immaculately clean, and very spacious and comfortable. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with spices and condiments. Pharmacy and great restaurants nearby. Jillian was a pleasure to communicate with.I hope to be back soon!

The layout was perfect for my dad and myself. I especially appreciated having a garage with a garage door opener, a ramp to the house, and safety bars in the bathrooms. The outdoor space is small but pleasant, with large trees providing shade. There is also a covered patio where you can sit or eat. All in all, a well-organized home with the essentials.

Couldn't be happier with the stay at this home. Jillian has a really comfy spot perfect for the needs of the 7 of us that were traveling. The living space is comfy and incredibly spacious. Lots of room to cook and it had a nice big table to enjoy dinner with the family. The couch was comfy as well and there was plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The garage parking was an extra plus and is not something that is available at most places. It was nice to be parked in there when it snowed. There's a fun park near by, a Walmart, a couple bars and a yummy coffee shop called Ziggi's. Pretty much anything you could need is near by. I'd stay again. Thank you so much.

Great location, nicely updated, very comfortable

This house is a great value! Its location is convenient to getting around with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby - there is a Walgreens and a Starbucks just a quarter of a mile away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is roomy and nicely appointed. Our family of 4 (all adults) had a great stay. We found it easy to get downtown, out to Golden, and up to the national park for a hike.

Better than we even expected

We came in to attend a concert at Red Rocks and this was a Great location! Open floor plan with plenty of space. The backyard was a phenomenal area to congregate & enjoy Colorados beautiful weather. Well stocked kitchen. Hosts were friendly & responsive. I highly recommend.

Great house for a vacation

The house was in a quite neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the Halloween decorations that were displayed in the neighborhood. The size was perfect for the 4 of us (2 in master bed room, and 1 in each of the other 2 bedrooms. The patio has a great seating area. And, the garage is great to give you peace of mind to park your car. Note....There are tenants that live in the downstairs area. This caught us off guard. But, I was informed that this was noted in the description of the house.
