Walking in the house, it was clean and plenty of room The beds were quite firm for my taste. The most disappointing part was the outside. Not kept up like interior. The backyard is mainly dirt and weeds I noticed the air conditioner needs to be serviced, as you can see dust and dirt clogging the vents. Just a suggestion. Our stay was nice. We did have what we needed. Thank you

Great house very clean backyard could use a little work mostly weeds

We liked everything about it only suggestion they could use some additional towel hooks or racks in each of the bathrooms And cotton or cotton blend sheets on the beds we hate polyester. But the beds were comfortable.

Easy access and well equiped

The house was very easy to find, and once we did, it was well equipped and comfortable. Location worked out great for us. Check in was a little difficult, but once checked in management was very responsive

Our week visiting grandkids in Arvada

Everything was as advertised. Place was clean and beautifully furnished. Great location for us, same neighborhood as our grandkids. Lots of living space (most of which we did not need, but it was nice for the little ones to play hide-and-seek with us). Walking distance to a school park that was available after school hours. Host was easy to contact and communicate with. We plan to return often.

Wonderful home in a great area

This is a wonderful home and it looks just as great in real life as it does in the pictures. Everything is clean and newly renovated. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is great with nice new appliances. The location is excellent with grocery stores and restaurants just a couple blocks away. We were wondering about the neighborhood before we arrived, but it is in a lovely safe looking tree-lined residential area where people care about their homes. It also has plenty of parking on a big wide driveway with room for 1 car in the garage 1 in front of the garage and two cars in tandem beside the garage.

September 2024 Visit

We stayed here 9/9-9/16/24. The pictures are very accurate. It was nice that whenever I reached out to the manager I always received a response within the hour. I wished there was a grill but that was just a personal preference. The garage was a decent size as we were able to get a Toyota 4Runner in with no problem. It was a quiet neighborhood and we actually got to see the neighbors cat who came over to say hello. We were very close to Golden and the Coors Brewery. Just as a suggestion if you’re going there to visit the Brewery get your tickets in advance as we were not able to visit as the were booked until October. Otherwise I highly recommend this rental. It’s good for families, a few friends, or just about anyone. The bedrooms were all a decent size and the beds were comfortable. Again, no complaints and we enjoyed our stay. We hope to stay again in the future.

Management is difficult.

I have left very few reviews for a VRBO, but this one felt challenging. The house is very clean and as pictured. But management will wear you out! First off, the amount of personal info you have to send to stay there is a lot! Then, we had to arrive a day late due to a funeral (which is obviously unexpected.) We asked about a discount on that evening to which they couldn't do. I understood that even though it was disappointing. We get there and notice the house is nice, but there is not a blade of grass in the backyard so it's quite muddy, there's no water in the hot tub, there's a barking dog next door, the house temperature is set on 54 so it was extremely cold, there was some mold issues in the upstairs hall bathtub. Again, all things we could overlook. But my husband broke the Mr. Coffee carafe the first morning. I emailed management to apologize and let them know I would replace the machine or the carafe, whichever I could find. They then asked me to tell exactly what happened. There was no story except he sat it down too hard so they proceeded to ask for a picture of the broken carafe. I had to dig all the glass out of the trash can. Then they asked me to send an image of the new carafe. It was just a lot for a $25 coffee maker. I expressed my frustration to management in hopes we could come to a peaceful place instead of having to write a review, but it wasn't really acknowledged at all. They have the same pat answer for every email. Just FYI.

The property had electrical problems

The property that we could use, overall was fine, but there were pre-existing electoral problems they did not fix before my stay and had to bring in an electrician in during my stay. He still did not fix the problem, and left the breakers to the disposal and dishwasher off, we had to find then fix this. Power to the downstairs was not ever restored so the people we had who were to sleep downstairs had to sleep on couches upstairs. They agreed to a 20% refund but only sent 15%. The parts of the home we were able to use were fine. I was not satisfied.

Updated and Clean

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and we could tell it was newly updated. Bedrooms were cozy, and there was plenty of space for 8 of us to eat meals and lounge. Location was convenient to coffee shops, restaurants and variety of sight-seeing.

Arvada Stay

The property location was perfect for us and the house was very nice, I would definitely stay again as it is perfect when visiting our family. One thing I would like to point out is the kitchen stove continuously tripped the breaker. It made it difficult to prepare a meal I had to keep running outside to breaker box so I do hope this issue gets fixed. Also, please stock kitchen with more pots and pans as I was preparing meals for family members and had to borrow cookware. But I do look forward to staying here again!

Spacious, gorgeous, central location

I had friends coming into town to explore Denver and the mountains and this place was perfect. Plenty of space for us to relax after exploring. Super clean, gorgeous design. The property managers were very responsive and very helpful. Check in and check out were super easy. Would definitely recommend!!

Overall Great Experience

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean and cozy with plenty of space. There were only 2 of us, I would recommend booking this location with more folks. Newly renovated, friendly host, good location, easy access to highway, modern appliances, the list of good qualities go on. Highly recommend!

This house was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend and stay there again. Our teenage son loved the basement!

Great stay

The house was completely updated, everything new, comfortable beds and very nice decor. Property manager was great with communication. When we arrived house was on the warmer side, but the thermostat workes great and there was a fan in the master bedroom and that helped alot to cool down the room. No complaints, great time with family, everyone enjoyed the stay.

Great House for a Family Stay

We were very pleased with this property. It was ideally located in Arvada, very near grocery, restaurants and family. There is also easy access to Denver, the surrounding area, and the mountains. The home is beautiful. With four comfortable bedrooms it offered privacy and lots of common space. The yard was not particularly well maintained but the back patio was nice in the late evening. The hosts were readily available when needed. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully updated home in a quiet neighborhood

The house has recently been renovated with modern finishes and furniture and décor to match. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great and was very appreciated during the hot days in July. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals including stainless pans and spices. Our 4 kids loved the basement area with the TV and foosball table. They stayed down there pretty much any time we were at the house including to sleep. Use of the single car garage was a great bonus. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Arvada.
