The unit was very clean and organized. It was stocked with everything and anything you would need. Great location. Would highly recommend this place. We are planning on staying there again hopefully sometime soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo at Ideal Beach! It is beautifully renovated and decorated, with plenty of space for 10 people. We really appreciated all the items for use within the condo - beach towels, chairs, sand toys, tons of board games, and a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. We hope to come back again!

This property is beautiful, very clean and stocked with all you need for a stay at the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and always quickly responded when we had questions. I would 100% rent this property again and highly recommend it as an exceptional option if you are looking for the perfect spot to stay at Bear Lake.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! We have stayed at Ideal Beach for years when our kids were little so we are well aware of what to expect from a "typical" condo here. This was above and beyond our expectations! The condo has been remodeled and updated beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The condo accommodated our family so well and we all had plenty of space to gather, as well as private space when needed. Tim (the owner) was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this condo. We would definitely book this condo again!

Our stay at Bear Lake was amazing—everything was super clean and so nice, and we absolutely loved Ideal Beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family and made the trip truly enjoyable.

Great place to stay. Condo is lovely, clean nicely equipped. Great location on the property and close to the beach. Tim is great to work with and respond. The A/C is a great benefit as most other units do not have A/C. We have been going to Bear Lake for 50 years and this place is the best of the best!

Great condo on Bear Lake

This condo is in a great location on the shores of Bear Lake. It is a great place for a family as there is lots to do! The condo itself is newly remodeled and very nice - beds are comfortable, air conditioning is great, plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. There are even beach chairs and toys to take to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo for your next getaway!

Sunny Days at Bear Lake

This is a great condo in the Ideal Beach Resort! We have stayed multiple times and enjoyed it every trip. The condo is clean and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is a bonus! It is decorated nicely and is a peaceful place to be. Communication has always been easy and timely. 5 stars all around!

Perfect Place

I used to stay at Ideal Beach Resort when I was a kid, so to stay in such a beautifully renovated space with every single need/want provided for was amazing! My family had such a good time, and I appreciated so much not having to pack beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, as well as so many other small but very considerate items that made our stay a dream. Thank you!

The remodel is amazing. The A/C was amazing. We've stayed in a few other units there in the past and it was fun. But this unit made it an amazing vacation!

Great Location

The Condo recently upgraded and it is beautiful. The Condo is about 100 yards walk over grass and trees to the lake and is beautiful. The Condo is in a very nice area and close to stores and restaurants in Garden City. We rented a boat that is on the property and a few minutes walk from the Condo.

Perfect Place for Family Fun

This Bear Lake condo is a great find! Perfect for family gatherings where there are several married couples as there are 4 private bedrooms as well as 3 full bathrooms. It has been updated and is clean and comfortable with plenty of dishes and kitchen necessities, as well as bath and beach towels. The washer and dryer were great to have too. It is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, the pool, the miniature golf course, and the playground. We really enjoyed our time here!

Absolutely perfect.

This was an absolutely amazing condo. Completely remodeled and updated, beautifully appointed, and a fantastic retreat for our family. The four-bedroom provided more than enough space, and the owners have gone the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Most notably, ownership of this property changed after we had made the reservation, and the new owner was incredible in how he honored our original contract. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We are truly grateful for this stay,
