Condo très rustique avec vue sur le lac et 2 chambres sur 3 niveaux situé dans le populaire Harbor Village de Garden City, Utah. Lit # 1 avec lit King, lit 2 avec lits superposés et lit Queen, cuisine complète, salon, salle à manger et salle familiale. Le sous-sol comprend un canapé-lit queen-size et 4 lits jumeaux pliants, situés dans Harbor Village. 8 couchages dans des lits. The nicest place we've ever stayed!The view of the lake was amazing, whether from the upper balcony or ground level. Beds were very comfy, with our only complaint being the sofa sleeper was not usable. When we pulled it out, most of the springs were detached from the metal frame. There were plenty of other sleeping spaces, but our nephew wanted his own space. Bathrooms were clean.

Nice updated townhouse

Nice update townhouse with great views of bear lake. Close to town and beaches. Quick response from management team when we ran out of garbage bags. Only cons beds are not that comfortable and no shampoo

After reviewing several listings, we chose this one because of the balconies and it was definitely the right choice! I grew up waking up on our boat in the marina and I miss those days. Waking up watching the sun rise over it from the location is the next best thing! Quiet area, plenty of room, nicely decorated, great location!

The Great get away!!

Aside from a few minor issues? Coyld notbuse thr deck/balconies being boarded up for the 1st night we stayed due to maintenance could not remove the partical bords without the correct tools. Other than those issues. We had a fantasic stay! Very pleased with the condo vwry clean very comfortable and great views. We loved that we had an end unit and enjoy the solitude. We will definitely return and we hope to stay at the same unit. Thank u for the great customer service and enjoyable stay...

Family Happieness

We went for Raspberry days. The condo was clean and orderly. The reviews about the pull out beds were true they do need some extra padding under you. The view was very nice. The parking was good. The dumpster to throw your garbage is down the hill which is a little inconvinent. The condo it’s self though is well kept and decorated nicely. Check out at ten is average check out it would have been nice to have been able to enjoy it until around 3pm or at least 1pm. Understandable due to clean up of properties. I would recommends this resort to family and friends. If your booking for raspberry days get your reservation in advance.

Great view of Bear Lake

Loved the balcony views, the location right across from the Marina and access to a beautiful pool. Plenty of room for our family. Only suggestion….replace the electric grill with a propane grill.

Just wanted to let you know that it seemed like there was a small water leak that would show up occasionally on the floor near the left side of the refrigerator. We thought an ice cube maybe had dropped and melted their initially but it happened a few times.

Great Condominium/Great Stay

This was a perfect location and property for us. Every amenity we needed and wanted was available. I was very impressed. We will very likely return next year. (Note for the property owner, the outlet on the second level just outside the sliding glass door on the deck was not working. Very minor setback for us as we had an extension cord and everything worked out just fine)

Just what we expected and it worked out great.

The place was a little older but we loved the set up. 3 floors where different people can do different things and not be in each others way. Loved how close it was to Garden City. Great pool and hot tub. Would stay there again.

Property is nice and great location. The sleeping arrangements are not great! The couch beds are like sleeping on springs, very tight accommodations for the 14 it sleeps.
