My daughter and I spent several days in this cute bungalow! Clean, comfy, close to everything, and had a fantastic outdoor area! Check-in and check-out were smooth. Would stay again.

You will be so pleased

Most excellent experience. Communication with the property managers was at just the correct level. Very clean with all the accoutrements. Private setting, very quiet, nice outdoor seating. Off street parking was a real plus. We absolutely loved it and will stay here again.

Sedona Getaway

Great property and amazing hosts that were more than accommodating! Pet friendly, park pass for hiking and all the things you may need for an awesome getaway. My wife and I loved the place and space outside the house.

My husband and I rented this property for our babymoon in Sedona and would absolutely rent it again. It was the perfect size space for the two of us and just what we wanted to come back to after a day of adventure. Brooke & Tim are super responsive and accommodating! Great location for Sedona

Nicely appointed house for the two of us in a perfect location for visiting all of Sedona’s sites. Loved the outside patio space. The communication with the owner was exemplary. Kitchen is roomy and functional for cooking your meals. Groceries and restaurants are close by. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood.

A lovely bungalow for a Sedona getaway!

The place was beautiful, and had everything we needed. Many vacation rentals tend to have cheaper household items like dishes, but no corners were cut here. The host was easy to reach for questions, the neighborhood is quiet and in a perfect location in west Sedona. I absolutely loved the kitchen island and the layout of the main living area. It was a comfortable place to stay for a week and would be perfect for even longer trips. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time I visit.

This property truly is peaceful & modern. Beautifully designed, clean & comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you’d expect from a luxury vacation property. We loved having coffee on the patio each morning. The location is great! Located on a quiet residential street with lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Brooke & Tim are gracious hosts and very responsive. We will be back! Thank you.

Everything We Never Knew We Needed More!

I absolutely adored everything about my stay in Sedona at this perfect bungalow! The bed is the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The outside was absolutely stunning with a fireplace, chairs, hanging chairs, dining table, and lounge set- sadly we didn’t get to enjoy any of this because it was snowing. The laundry room was an added bonus to wash our hiking clothes to not have to travel home with dirty ones! It was truly a luxury from start to finish! The indoor fireplace was so incredibly cozy, and the host replaced the firewood when we didn’t have enough to start! Location wise- it’s incredibly central with a Whole Foods in walking distance and incredibly restaurants like Mariposa! I cannot recommend this spot enough!

Great for two people

Really nicely done and comfortable. Only complaint was workers showed up each morning at 7:00 am with their electric saws cutting stone. It is stated that there isn’t any work done while someone is staying on the property and that wasn’t the case for us. Workers were there all day every day.

Remote work stay in Sedona

My wife and I came to Sedona to work remotely for a few days and this property was perfect for us! The WiFi worked perfectly for the 2 of us working and we had no issues with video calls. We were also able to work outside at the beautiful outdoor space with strong internet connection. The property is centrally located in Sedona and is tucked away behind another home so their is lots of privacy. The hosts were very responsive and made our stay wonderful. If your visiting Sedona this is a perfect house. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items for cooking and the home had everything needed to make our stay comfortable.

Beautiful little place in a beautiful big place

Stayed at Brooke's and Tim's West Sedona bungalow for 2 nights in March and very much enjoyed it. They are great hosts and very accommodating. My wife and I were traveling with pets and they were very supportive. Excellent check in information that made getting there and getting in simply. Their followthrough was exemplary. They even called me directly when I couldn't figure something out with HVAC remote control. Very nice. Kitchen was well-equipped and fun to be in. Outdoor spaces were clean, tidy and attractive. Would guess that if one were in Sedona a little later in the spring they would get a lot of use out of the outdoor spaces. Recommend this little house highly when visiting beautiful Sedona. Thank you.

Bungalow B was cozy and comfortable for the two of us. Parking area was dark at night but they had motion detector night lights which worked out great. There was a nice sizsd outdoor seating area. We sat out in the evening and enjoyed a drink. Bed was really comfortable. We would stay again! Thank you

Fabulous time spent at this beautiful bungalow, 4 nights and 4 full days.

Everything about this property was in perfect shape and so well appointed and beautiful! The bed was just the best ever and the kitchen was a dream! The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met! I hated to leave this sweet and peaceful place! Thank you Tim and Maia!
