Relax and unwind in this quiet peaceful setting! This clean and cozy 2 bedroom apartment is a great spot for your stay in the Columbus area. Our apartment has a large living and dining room that is open, and has lots of great light from the French doors leading to patio and shared yard space. upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, and a large owner suite with double vanity and large closet. We also have a large 2 car garage for your convenience!



The Space:

The Gahanna Hideaway is a cozy clean space that is perfect for your stay in the North East part of Columbus. Close to Easton, New Albany, Westerville, the Airport, and only 15 min from downtown Columbus or OSU.



Our spot is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road.



Our house is a duplex house, and we are the right side. However it is a great design, and you wont even know we have neighbors! We have a 2 car garage for your use, and paved driveway. There is a lot of green space in our yard, that we share with our neighbor. Our yard is not fenced in, but responsible pet owners are welcome to use the yard with their pets on leash. Don't miss our back patio!



The main level of the house has a large living room/dinning room that spans the entire back of the house. It has a cozy seating area with a mounted Smart TV and a desk for working. The dinning room has a new table an seating to share a meal together. You will also find a full kitchen stocked with the basics for preparing a great meal, as well as a guest 1/2 bathroom.



Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The owner suite has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, mounted Smart TV, and large closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, and storage dresser. The bathroom has a tub/shower and dual sink vanity.



The basement is clean, and has a washer and dryer for your use while here!

Easton Towne Center is also just a quick drive, and has endless shopping and entertainment! For your furry friends, there is a Dog park at Pizzurro Park. There are several parks, including Gahanna Woods State Nature Preserve (50 Acres).



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
