Featuring tasteful decor & functional design, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 1 Large Bathroom (Walk in shower), 1 kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Guests enjoy the convenience of non gated and off-street parking for 1 vehicle.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests & the both bedrooms feature a 65” Roku TV. There is also an outdoor area that is perfect for gatherings.

This newly remodeled ~1,400 sq ft duplex first floor apartment is located in the heart of Houston and offers 2BR & 1BA. We are walking distance from Houston's best restaurants, shops, and sights.

The open-concept living and dining room is tastefully decorated with a modern-chic design and features a fireplace and plenty of natural light.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, classic white cabinets, and white subway tiles.

The bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, TVs, and connected to a 3-piece bathroom with newly remodeled vanities and subway tiles.

The outdoor area is covered and decorated with hanging lights, making it suitable for any weather. It features patio furniture, a picnic bench, and a ping pong table.

Pets are welcome, and the house has semi gated front and back areas for dogs to play in.

Guest access:

The apartment is equipped with state of the art Schlage Encode automated locks for easy and secure access, with the code and visual check-in instructions provided at least 24 hours before arrival.

Just stayed in this unit for a week while visiting MD Anderson. The host was very helpful and communicative. The property was clean and as described and pictured. Location was excellent and very quiet. Check in and out was simple and the home was very comfortable. Having a pet friendly location was nice and the short walk to the park was helpful with children and our small dog. Loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

We booked this property for a business trip. The property was not as advertised. It looked like the photos however it was not up to the quality they presented. Upon arrival all of the dishes and utensils were still dirty left in the cabinets as if they were clean and ready to use. The dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash all of our dishes during our stay. The washer and dryer was also broken so we had to take our clothes to a laundromat several times in order to have clean clothes. The Wi-Fi was also less than reliable so we had to reset the modem several times in order to work. Also the key code locks on the doors are faulty so it would take us several times to finally get into the unit. Lastly they only provided two rolls of toilet paper for two male guests for a two week stay and when I asked for more they told me they would only bring more if we left a 5 star review. I’d say the only good thing about this stay was the location and the communication from the host. If you are looking to stay in Houston and are willing to pay slightly higher than average pricing I would look elsewhere, there are several other units with a better attention to detail and cleanliness.
