This beautifully decorated beachfront studio offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests to enjoy your Panama City Beach getaway! This unit boasts 2 Queen sized beds, a table for four and additional seating to sit back and enjoy the amazing views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, dishware, flatware, cooking essentials, coffee pot, the basic necessities!

Top of the Gulf's amenities include a large main pool, kiddie pool, snack bar area (seasonal), charcoal grills, sundeck w/ lounge chairs, community outdoor showers, outdoor dining area, game room, fitness center and shuffleboard/cornhole court.

- There are shared, coin-operated laundry facilities on every even-numbered floor.

Great Spot for a Girl's Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Top of the Gulf! Instructions for check in and out were clear, and the condo was as pictured. It was great to have the beach chairs included with our stay! We took advantage of one of the *free* activities (the sunset dolphin cruise, got one ticket for free with our room, and only had to pay for 1). Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway Stay!!

This property is so well maintained, and staff is friendly! The condo is as pictured and is kept up well. It’s spacious and comfy! As a girl, I would’ve loved a full size body mirror, but the condo overall made up for it! Definitely would stay again.

This place was perfect for just me and my boyfriend to get away and relax for the week. It was spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was great and the studio was very clean.

Beachfront gem

This cozy condo is the perfect location for a beachfront stay in PCB. You can walk out of the building onto the beach or go to the beautiful pool both of which can be seen from your room. The property manager was super nice and helpful. Certainly would return.

Short and Sweet

Came with 2 teacher friends for a final "fling before the bell rings" and had a GREAT time. My husband and I stay at Top of the Gulf each year when we come to PCB and love it. Got a different room because there were 3 of us this time and definitely have added it to our list of places to stay at TotG. We cooked breakfast each morning and had everything we needed.

I have hope that that room would divide. Internet service was horrible, fridge had hair.

Easy to rent, good located for places to eat and entertainment. The beach is right your doorstep. No place will be perfect. But overall it was very nice.

Good stay few problems

Overall the stay was nice, there were a few problems. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work, we couldn’t get any phone service and the Wi-Fi would not work, also the TV didn’t work. We didn’t stay in the room a whole lot so it was a good vacation 😊

Great place for a short beach trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved our stay. It was a perfect size for a 4 day trip. The only complaint was the hot water. We had to take very quick showers so we didn’t run out. It seemed to only stay hot for no more than 10 minutes and of course we missed being able to step out on a balcony from our room but overall a very good trip!

Weekend Beach Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was lovely. The condo was decorated beautifully and the space was used well. The view was gorgeous! We had plenty of bath towels and wash clothes, but only one hand towel (that was weird). The beds and couch were comfortable. We had all the basics needed to start the weekend and not have to run to the store immediately. A few cons that deterred is about making this our annual go to was the hot water from the sink and sheer we’re extremely limited - I think we timed that hot water lasts only 3-4 minutes. Although the water pressure was excellent. While you can sign onto WIFI, you don’t really get WIFI. I went downstairs to complain about this, and they told me to contact the rental company. I did and they emailed me telling me to go to the busking office. So I was annoyed with this. I did get told maybe it’s a building outage, but either way no one seemed to really care to investigate this nor help. I’m not so sure the cleaning crew does so well. The floor was DIRTY! Our feet were black rather quickly, so I mopped and vacuumed. There were crumbs and cake sprinkles all over the couch, and the bed closest to the kitchen was covered in sand. I do think for a beach condo/studio, the owners need to put up hooks around the place to hang wet bathing suits and towels. There isn’t a dryer in the unit and no balcony, so having places to hang things is a must. There is one small towel bar in the tiny bathroom, but that’s about it. Bring a ton of quarters and a good book to launder and/or dry clothing/towels at the common washer/dryers (which are all on a different floor than the condo).

Cozy and Convenient

We had an amazing time and the location was perfect. The condo was very nice and clean. The only issues was the TV would randomly cut off, no big deal as we didn’t really have time for TV as we were to busy enjoying the beautiful pool and beach, the mattresses were very firm so that was a little uncomfortable for my old body but the couch slept great!
