Ginger's House is a single level home, featuring three bedrooms, a 65" TV, gas logs and an awesome sun room. The back yard is fully fenced in. There is former detached garage that is now a studio on the property. It is in the back right corner of the lot, outside the back yard fence. It has its own fenced in area. There maybe guests there during your stay. They will not have access to Gingers House and you will not have access to the studio. We also have an RV that guests use when we are not using it. It is parked all the way in back. There maybe guests in it as well. As with the studio, they will not have access to Gingers House. The only shared area is the parking, and there is plenty of it.
