Our team offered to send maintenance out the following day and asked you to confirm the visit, but unfortunately we did not receive a confirmation, so the visit was not scheduled. We’re sorry for any confusion this caused and have shared your feedback with our team to help ensure maintenance visits are clearly coordinated moving forward. Since your departure, all window treatments have been replaced. Regarding the front door, our maintenance team has confirmed that the latch works as it should.
