All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

You'll fall in love with this incredible bay front 5 bedroom/6 full bathrooms home with a separate suite, having 2 full-size kitchens on the sought-after north end of Anna Maria Island! Short distance to the white sandy beaches and only minutes to restaurants and shops. The space is very modern and airy, with high ceilings and upscale furnishings. Heated pool, private dock, gas BBQ grill, and all the amenities you need to live a VIP island experience!

The entry leads you to either the main home or the separate suite off to the left. Upon entry to the main home, you will find a sitting area complete with a wet bar, fridge, and wine cooler where you can make and enjoy an evening cocktail. The fully-equipped kitchen features a gas stove and everything you will need to make a full-course meal or a quick snack. The living and dining rooms are located off the kitchen and feature floor-to-ceiling sliders that boast natural light and picturesque views of the bay. The living room also features plenty of seating and a flat screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day in the sun. You can access the oversized deck and pool from the living or dining room. The deck area features plenty of seating and dining areas where you can sit and relax and enjoy your morning coffee or dine alfresco. The main home features a split plan with three of the five bedrooms. The first guest room features a queen-size bed. The second bedroom features a king-size bed. Both have private baths located near the room. The third bedroom is the primary suite, and it features a king-size bed, large sitting area, flat screen TV, oversized walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub, and private screened balcony looking out over the bay. On the left-hand side of this luxurious home, you will find a full ensuite that is complete with a living room with a flat screen TV, full kitchen, and outdoor dining area. This suite features two bedrooms. One is a primary suite that features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony area with seating. The guest bedroom features two full-size beds and a full-size bath located across the hall. This home also features an amazing outdoor space. The pool area is complete with sun loungers. The backyard has paved pathways, a private sitting area, and the dock area is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail, launch your kayak or fish.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply.
