Guests are encouraged to enjoy the home and will have full access to the entire home except for the owners closet that is in the hallway by the kitchen.

I won't be present in Gulf Shores at the time of your visit, but I will be available by messaging at all times. I also have an amazing team who can assist you if there's anything you need while your there.

Gulf Shores is a classic southern beach town rich in Southern hospitality. There are countless dining options and a fun, beachy nightlife in the heart of downtown.

It is worth noting that the beaches are actively patrolled by local law enforcement multiple times daily to keep them safe, clean, and family friendly.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps 12, making it the perfect vacation home for multiple families. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV so everyone can stream their favorite shows or movies. Although, the television faces some stiff competition in the form of unobstructed ocean views from all over the house! You'll also find convenient charging stations on all the nightstands so everyone can keep their devices fully charged.


The master suite features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood sunlight into the room, a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private deck that offers stunning views of the Gulf. Thanks to the master bedroom coffee station, you can brew your morning cup of coffee and enjoy it while sitting in the ocean breeze - without even going downstairs. A large walk-in closet gives you plenty of space for all your belongings during your stay.

The two airy queen bedrooms are painted in calming colors that blend seamlessly with the coastal surroundings outdoors. Both rooms have french doors leading out to a balcony, which is perfect for reading or relaxing in the sun.

The upstairs bunk room features six twin beds with brand-new mattresses, a mini-fridge, and a private sink. With a TV and board games, it’s the perfect hangout spot for youngsters while the adults enjoy some time to themselves.

You won’t lose your ocean view even when you take a bath, thanks to the large ocean-facing windows in the master bathroom. Take a rejuvenating soak in the jetted tub while gazing out over the Gulf. The tub is big enough for two - perfect for a romantic evening. There’s also a large dual vanity.


The brightly-lit main floor bathroom offers plenty of hooks for everyone’s towels, as well as a first-aid kit in the closet in case of emergency.

BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN APPLIANCES ON 7-25-2022. New refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher, and washer and dryer!

The floor-to-ceiling windows and open floor plan allow you to see the ocean from anywhere in this light-filled space. The kitchen is stocked with every tool you could possibly need to prepare fantastic meals, including appliances, cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. There are even plastic dishes for the kids and storage containers for your leftovers.

The living room area is filled with comfortable seating options and offers ocean views no matter where you sit. A wet bar, separate from the kitchen, ensures you have a space to fix your sundowner drinks before stepping out onto the private balcony to enjoy the views. It also means you can keep an eye on the kids playing outdoors even while lounging in the house.


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
There are very few places where the beach is your backyard, and this gorgeous home is one of them! To access the beach, simply walk down the stairs from the back deck. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on the decks and ground level so you can eat outdoors if you choose.


There’s a charcoal grill for your enjoyment, though grilling is only allowed behind the home outdoors (not under the home or on the deck).


The house comes with a selection of beach toys so you don’t need to pack your own. This includes a beach wagon, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and buckets and shovels for you to enjoy playing with the sand.


Our prime location on West Beach Boulevard means you’re only a short walk or drive away from several local attractions and eateries.

Guest Access:

Our guests are welcome and encouraged to use the entire property, including the private beach. The only space off-limits is one closet in the hallway near the kitchen, which is used to store the owner’s things.


SECURITY CAMERAS
For the protection of the guests and property there are 5 security cameras on the property in the following locations.

1. Outside at the front door - This camera shows all people who come up the stairs and enter the home through the front door.
2. Outside and under the home pointing at the driveway - This camera shows all the cars that are parked in the driveway and activity in front of the home.
3. Outside and under the front of the home - This camera shows all activity under the front half of the home and along both sides of the front home.
4. Outside and under the back of the home - This camera shows all activity under the back half of the home and along both sides of the back of the home.
5. Outside under the back of the home #2 - This camera points at the stairs up to the back deck and to the sand dune behind the home. This camera shows and records all people who enter the home through the back deck.

These security cameras record both video and audio day and night. They are hardwired and have no on/off switch.


For your privacy there are no cameras or recording devices within the interior of the home. None of the exterior cameras can see into any of the windows of the home or neighbor's homes.


PET POLICY
We kindly ask that you leave your furry friends home for the protection of guests who have allergies.

NON-SMOKING POLICY


This property is strictly non-smoking and smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside on the decks and landings. This includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, e-cigarettes and drugs - including marijuana. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE THIS POLICY. IF YOU SMOKE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGES.

STORM PROTECTIONS - Gulf Shores is occassionally affected by hurricanes. In an effort to protect our home, we have purchased storm fabric coverings for all of our windows. These coverings are stored under many of the beds and in some bedroom closets in large drawstring "Santa bags" These bags are off limits for guests and must not be tampered with.

1. The primary guest must read and accept our rental agreement. The agreement fully explains our house rules and answers FAQ.

2. Because we are committed to protecting our local community and home, we’ve partnered with the leading vacation rental guest screening company Know Your Guest.

We use them to independently verify our guests as well as to allow you to choose between using a security deposit or buying a damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay.

The rental agreement and guest screening information will be sent in separate emails after you complete your booking on this platform.

Check-In time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
For the safety and peace of mind of our guests and the property, we have a rental agreement which must be read, understood, and accepted before your reservation will be finalized. You will receive a copy of the rental agreement via email shortly after booking.

This agreement is designed to answer many of the FAQ for your stay and provide more clarification on our house rules. Please take the time to read it carefully.
