Nestled on 7 acres amongst magnificent mountain views, our thoughtfully-styled and well-appointed Casa de Conejo is a fully-stocked dreamy escape. Luxurious yet super cozy and comfortable, a sunny, well-appointed retreat welcomes you! Grab a book, relax into your Adirondack and enjoy coffee at sunrise and wine at sunset from your private front porch or back terrace firepit area.

Our place is VERY private yet 5 minutes to Harry’s Roadhouse (best margs in town, amazing food), and only a fifteen-minute drive to the downtown Santa Fe plaza for a fun day of shopping, art galleries and an evening cocktail at the Inn of Anasazi. Twenty minutes from Ten Thousand Waves, twenty minutes from the Tesuque Village Market, and fifty minutes from the Santa Fe Ski Area, we are central to all of the adventure that SF offers. Close enough to what you want to be close to, but far enough to be private!

THE SPACE – Mountain Views from every window.
Prepare to be treated with the ultimate in southwestern hospitality. We aim to please with exceptional quality & comfort around every corner. All on one level, the common areas are conveniently adjoining, feel private yet connected, and have easy access to the outdoor porches and firepit, to accommodate your group gathering. The four guest rooms are located thoughtfully separate from the entertaining areas. Each of the bedrooms is unique, luxurious, and comfortable. High speed Wi-Fi for both inside and on the outdoor patio spaces.

LIVING ROOM: Large living room that spills into dining room and kitchen. Wood-burning fireplace, ample seating, SmartTV for movie night, game table for checkers and backgammon. Four seating areas that feel individual yet cozy and connected.

KITCHEN: HEATED FLOORS. Fully stocked gourmet chef's kitchen, tons of countertop space for elaborate group food prep, brand new EVERYTHING… Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer/wine fridge, Samsung dishwasher (the quietest!) six-burner gas range with griddle and rotisserie, ceramic pans in all shapes and sizes, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and a French Press for you coffee over-achievers. Exposed beams and custom woodwork. As much as we love going out for dinner, we really enjoy cooking a fresh meal together and relaxing in front of the fire after a day of outdoor activity and adventure.

DINING ROOM: Large dining table with available leaves, can sit up to fourteen comfortably.

SITTING ROOM: Fireplace, several cozy seating areas, lots of books and games. Perfect for a moment of rest with a cup of tea!

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have brand new, super comfy, top-of-the-line mattresses, Casper pillows, and layers of luxurious sheets and comforters.

GRAND SUITE: One King/adjoining nook that accommodates an additional Queen upon request/upcharge.

GRAND ADJOINING BATH: HEATED FLOORS. Double-vanity, cast iron soaking tub with Signature hardware fixtures, spa shower, Moroccan inspired concrete tile.

AGAVE BEDROOM: One Queen/One Twin. (sleeps three.)

GEORGIA (O'KEEFE) BEDROOM: One Queen/One daybed – (sleeps up to three.)

GUEST BATHROOM: HEATED FLOORS. Double vanity, spa shower, water closet, Moroccan inspired concrete tile.

LAUNDRY: Full-sized front loading washer and dryer. Detergent and drying rack at the ready. Plenty of shelf and folding space.

BACK PATIO: Brick-paver and landscaped terrace with private fire pit area and Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and outdoor dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening rosé as you watch the sunrise or sunset over the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Large supply of firewood and blankets for evening stargazing and fireside chats.

FRONT PORCH: Yet another private spot to take in the mountains and the ever-changing colors of Santa Fe’s magnificent sunsets.

THE LAND: 7 acres of pristine land. Coyotes, bobcats, rabbits, and lizards abound. Springtime bloom season welcomes an ocean of beautiful blooms on the hills.

Guest access:
Parking is ample and free! You will need a car for the ultimate in exploration.
Other things to note
PET GUIDELINES:
We do allow dogs with some guidelines, and thus charge a $100 one-time additional fee per dog. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your canine companion so we can discuss.
Rules are as follows:
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
- Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house.
- You must pick up after your dog.
- Keep an eye on your dog outside, the property is not fenced and wildlife abounds.

HOUSE RULES:
No parties or events. Please be respectful at night! Noises carry in the wilderness, so we ask that animated group conversations move indoors at 10pm.
No smoking indoors.
