I cannot say enough how CLEAN this property is. The rooms are bigger than the photos show, very spacious. My kids had so much space!!!! The hosts go above and beyond and there are extras when you arrive. This was such a GREAT stay, and excellent experience.

Absolutely amazing place! This was our second year in a row staying here, and we already can’t wait to come back. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t have a single issue the entire time — everything was perfect. We honestly didn’t even need to contact the host once.The 180-degree ocean views are stunning, with a beautiful view of the pool as well. The sleeping arrangements are very accommodating: a king bed in the master and two queens in the second bedroom, all with super comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms are spacious and well laid out, and the entire place is nicely decorated and thoughtfully designed.This property checks every box and then some. Highly recommend — this is the kind of place you keep coming back to!

This condo has amazing views, great beach access, comfortably furnished. King bed in primary bedroom and two queen beds in second bedroom. All beds were excellent! Great location and convenient walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores.

Hi! The apartment is beautiful, impeccably furnished, with 360 panorama view as promised. We appreciated that the host was very responsive and provided us with welcome snacks and made us feel very welcome. The location is right on the beach and near many shops and restaurants. (The complex itself is not as modern or stylish as the apartment -- kind of sparse in decor, and the hallways pretty dark and dingey. But this did not bother us too much.)Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by 2 things that we acknowledge were beyond the host's control:1) The unit was having water rationing for the first 2 days of our stay. That means there was only running water 2 hours a day from 7-8 am and 7-8 pm. This happens from time to time in Puerto Rico so we knew it could be a risk. However, at the time of our trip, it had been happening for 2 weeks already, and I did not appreciate the host did not inform or warn us of the issue at all until the day I was flying out. Had I known if advance I would have made different arrangements -- not all of San Juan was without water and I would have moved us to a different neighborhood. Since I learned so late, I had no choice in the matter but to stay there.2) There is a dog that resides in the unit right across the hall. It barks for hours. We felt quite bad for it as we wondered if it was just left alone. We love dogs, but obviously hearing it bark and bark was not a pleasant addition to our vacation.

Beautiful views from the 19th floor of a nicely appointed condo. In the heart of Isle Verde with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to Old San Juan, which is beautiful.

Isla Verde With a View

Isla Verde is the perfect location. Restaurants are within walking distance but you still need a car. The property has underground parking. The view is spectacular. We sat on the balcony just staring into the Caribbean. It was a wow moment.

Amazing apartment

The place we stayed at at the beach was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, right on the sand, and the views were breathtaking. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was cozy and inviting. We loved spending our evenings on the deck, watching the sunset over the ocean. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and we all slept soundly each night. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation! 5/5 stars!

Air conditioning didn’t work in one room and left a huge puddle of water we had to clean up. They came and “fixed” it and 1 hour later it was doing the same thing. We ended up not having AC in the main part of the apartment. They ended up giving like a $300 refund (after I asked) but I spent several thousand dollars on the room so I expected a little more. The beach views were great tho.

Spectacular views on Isla Verde

Very much enjoyed our stay and good space for four of us. Check in was straight forward with plenty of communication. Place is as pictured. Condo interior is nice and everything was modern and clean. Building is what you would expect and similar to norm on Isla Verde. The common areas and pool are a bit spartan but they all are. Was very nice to have some welcome beverages, coffee, snacks when we came in. Much appreciated. The star of this condo is the View. The view is spectacular. Sitting up on 19th floor overlooking the beach is just a great way to spend time. Sunset and evenings were amazing. Beds were also very comfortable. Place is cozy and welcoming. Location is super convenient to the airport and near CVS (they sell booze), convenience stores as well as two very nice resorts next door/short walk that you can visit for a beverage, dining, casino etc. Reasonable drive/Uber to Old San Juan. Given proximity to the airport you can of course hear planes but no other noise otherwise, very quiet and pleasant. Internet worked well for us. Couple considerations: glasses were a bit sparse for beverages - a few more would help. I might suggest the nice plastic ones so you can feel comfortable sitting them outside. My wife suggested that the body wash, shampoo may have been in the wrong containers (mis-matched) or perhaps were just off. A larger bed in the master would be nice. Overall would recommend and was a very good stay for our fam

Awesome Vacation

Our experience in renting this property for our vacation to San Juan Puerto Rico Awesome. From the moment we arrived Nadia made the whole process easy. The two bedroom condo was beautiful. If I could rate this property 1 out of 10, I would give it a 20! This property exceeded our expectation! The view overlooking the ocean, and city, was breath taking.
