River Haven is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Log Home that sleeps 8 and offers the following:



Great Room with wood-burning fireplace  (a starter bundle of firewood provided Oct.1 through April 1)

Outdoor wood-burning fireplace  ( only active Oct 1st- Apr 1st) 42' TV (Direct TV) 

Main level King Master bedroom with deck access and a private bathroom with walk-in shower

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following, unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $265 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, Coosawattee gate pass fee (this is not a physical pass it is for use of the gates at the resort), and a 15% lodging tax
