This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 2 queen sized beds in the second bedroom ensuite, and 1 king sized bed in the third bedroom/ensuite.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will enjoy ample covered parking and three high speed elevators for loading ease. Three parking permits are supplied when you arrive in the unit.

-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 8 at all times.
-Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.
