This is an amazing property! If you want a nice quiet beautiful place to stay but still within access to most major attractions around the city, this is the place to stay. Easy access to the private quiet beach. Multiple pools at the property. The apartment itself is very beautiful with plenty of room. Very close to the airport. The host Lance is also an amazing person to work with, from the time I booked until the time I got home it was easily to communicate to make sure our stay was amazing. Definitely recommend booking your stay here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we could possibly need and more. It was such a thoughtful touch to have cold drinks waiting for us when we arrived — it made us feel welcomed right away.Lance was an amazing host. He checked in on us to make sure everything was goingwell and that we had everything we needed. He also provided us with so much helpful information, from great places to eat and shop to things to see and do, and even where to find an ATM. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail really made a difference and made us feel taken care of throughout our stay.The doormen were also incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made the entire experience even better.This was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend staying here. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely love to come back!

We all loved it the owner was great, we are right in front of the beach. The place has 3 pools all facing ocean side I’d definitely book again and worth the price.

I want to first off by saying, Lance is amazing !! I am an extensive traveler with VRBO and Lance is the Host with the Most. The host and their immediate and initial interaction sets the tone for your VRBO experience. What you see as advertised is what you get and much more. This Condo is vacationers paradise. Its on the beach with a 360 view, its clean comfortable, quiet and spacious. My first time in Cartagena, was perfect due to my comfortability, safety and the excellent hospitality of my host Lance and his staff. Dont hesitate when you come across this amazing gem of a living space. This is the place to be.

Nice vacation

It was my second time staying in this beautiful property, i truly recommended the beach is within minutes of the apartment and the building has 3 pools, Lance is a great host who’s always available when needed.

The apartment was spotless, it has everything that you could need for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach at your doorstep, lance recommended a person to help is at the beach and that made everything easier. And also the small store next door to the building is very hands for water and snacks. We will be sure to come back.

Wonderful Stay

Check in was a breeze and the host was very quick to reply to any questions/ inquiries about the property. Felt safe as there is a concierge in the lobby 24/7. Beach front views and a spacious unit.

Cartagena Colombia This place is a gem. Our host Lance was receptive, available, and very helpful. He helped us to fully enjoy our ten day vacation. The two bedroom condominium was clean and in excellent condition just a few feet away from the beach.The location was perfect—getting around was easy, with Uber rides costing about 5 to most places we wanted to go.My boyfriend and I felt like we were living first class on a dime in Colombia. If you enjoy Spanish colonial history dating back to the 1500s, friendly people, and very affordable prices, Cartagena is an amazing destination.We would absolutely stay with Lance again on our next visit!

This place was beyond our expectation! So beautiful with awesome views of the ocean. If I every visit Cartagena again, this will definitely be my choice of lodging. He is readily available and gave great recommendations for food and sites!! 10/10!!

This apartment was very clean, spacious, and modern inside with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Restaurants, landmarks, and other beaches were just a short uber drive away.

Great place with an amazing view and a super nice host

We had an amazing time staying at this apartment. Everything was perfect from easy check-in to settling in the apartment. Lance was so nice and understanding, he checked on us time and time to make sure everything is good for us. I am definitely staying at this place again.

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed everything about this apartment. From the communication with Lance to the proximity to the walled city and to gestemani, everything was perfect. Ocean view from ALL the rooms, even the shower. It is right on the beach and one of a kind rental property. I highly recommend this place.
