Located 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, this lovely 2BR/2BA oasis provides a charming escape near outdoor recreation and historic attractions. The interior features three smart TVs, a gas fireplace, and a coffee station.

The outdoor space includes alfresco dining, a gas grill, and a sprawling yard.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start your morning by making use of the fully stocked coffee station.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to create delectable meals, including a full suite of appliances, ample cookware, and an array of helpful gadgets.

BED & BATH

This apartment sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find comfort in the tranquil master bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, a 55 Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and a 55 Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The front and back patios both feature covered places to relax and entertain. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal. An expansive backyard offers room to enjoy the sunshine or play yard games.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. As an extra perk, you are welcome to use the adjacent fitness center free of charge (which is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). Fitness center includes one free tanning session per reservation.

Parking is available for three cars in the outdoor lot (which is shared with the adjacent hair salon and gym).

This lower-level rental is located adjacent to the main house at a multi-unit property.

THE LOCATION

Travel approximately 10 minutes to popular attractions and historic sites in downtown Asheville. Or pay a visit to the lovely towns of Swannanoa or Black Mountain.

Outdoor recreation abounds in the area, including hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and ziplining. Take a scenic drive through the gorgeous Blue Ridge mountains.

-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
