Family friendly space with bunk beds in one room and pack n' play in one of the closets. FREE off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles. 5 blocks from the beach and walking distance to St. Andrews State Park, Schooner's beach restaurant, and Captain Anderson's Marina. This is a PET FRIENDLY home with a $300 pet fee.

Located in the beautiful, quaint area of Panama City Beach, this home is one of three units on the same property just 5 blocks from the beach! There are no stairs and you are steps from off-street parking. You will be walking distance to several beach access points or you can park a golf cart at the property. Known as a golf-cart community, the legendary Lower Grand Lagoon of PCB features shopping, marinas, restaurants and a plethora of entertainment options. Enjoy uncrowded beach access with white sandy beaches and clear blue water. There is a public boat ramp just a couple blocks from the home.

Please Note - we are on a septic system. Please do not flush anything but septic-safe toilet paper down the toilets.

Pet Policy - There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee added to your stay. No more than 2 pet maximum. We ask that guests pick up after their pets in the yards. Pets are not to be left unattended in the unit, unless kenneled. We ask that pets do not jump on the furniture or beds. We do not offer any pet bowls or pet beds, so please plan accordingly. There are exterior cameras monitoring our pet policies. We want to offer a pet friendly place for our guests. Please be respectful of these requests so we can continue to host you and your furry friends.

This property is available to be rented by adults over 25. Families with guests under 25 are welcome provided two adults 25+ are present. You may not exceed the maximum number of guests this unit sleeps (4). Please know that exterior security cameras are in place & the number of occupants is always verified. ID Verification is required and the first and last names of guests.
