Really enjoyed our stay in this townhome with our pets able to join us. The resort is nice and quiet with plenty of activities to enjoy. Will most definitely return in the future!

Great location (a few minutes to the beach and just steps to the pool). Clean, comfortable beds. Fast—almost immediate—communication! Just one issue: the sofas in the living room and the carpets upstairs need replacing.

The house is located very close to the walking path going to the beach. The house was very comfortable with a great location. We did leave some pool toys there for future renters, we also left some pool towels as we didn’t want to take the nice white towels to the beach or pool. The kids loved the stay in the bunks. Overall great stay and would love to stay at this location again.

Great property, it has been kept up with extremely well and very conveniently located near the beach and the best pool on the resort. We loved staying here and would definitely book again. For anything that came up during our stay the host was very quick to respond which made things so much easier.

Great location!

We enjoyed being so close to the pool and ocean. We also spent a lot time at the beachside pool that has a restaurant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean and convenient rental.

Great place to get away

We stayed here during the Panama City Beach World Series Softball tournament. The location was perfect, in between both fields. The home was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will stay here again next time we visit.

We actually loved all the things to do, but the floor was nasty and there was no mop to clean it.

If you would have notified me that you weren't happy with the floors we could have sent someone back to address them. I can't fix issues we aren't made aware of. That way we can fix them without the review being the first we hear about it. There is a mop. I wish you would have called. We could have told you where it was. Thank you for your feedback. First Time Snowbirds

Exactly as advertised. Great location and great surrounding area. Took less than 3 minutes to get to the beach via one of many public access points. Living room could use some updated and more seating, and the queen bed could use a new and better quality mattress. All things considered it was a great place to be for two months.

Convenient

The unit was clean and convenient to get access to the beach. I do wish the check in instructions were slightly different in the aspect that the address takes you to private gate rather than main entrance. Otherwise, our stay was great. It literally has everything you need down to beach chairs. No complaints!

Its a rental unit

The unit is nice enough. All the necessary items except a box of tissues. There wasn't a single box of tissues anywhere. The closet in the 2nd bedroom is partially blocked by the bunk beds. It is clearly a rental property. Neighbors were a bit rude. They were parked in one of our spaces when we arrived. Exchanged pleasantries and they asked if we needed both spaces. We said yes we would need both spaces as I have friends that are owners that came to visit in their golf cart. They politely moved the car with no further incidents until their young adult child/children had friends over and they did not get the memo to not park in our spot. At one point they had 10 young people come out of the place and there was at least 5 cars.

I would have been happy to call the gate about the neighbor's being in your parking spaces. I wouldn't have allowed anyone being rude to you guys. I wish you would have contacted us.
