Ideal place for a Phoenix metro area stay.

The home was nearly perfect for our needs — clean, plenty of room for two of us, dog-friendly, well-stocked with cooking and eating supplies, beautiful neighborhood in Gainey Ranch, and extremely well-located for easy access to stores, golf, and sights. I’d re-rent it in a second on our next extended stay in Arizona.

Wonderful location

A quiet location with quick access to the city. The house is extremely comfortable with a lovely back yard. The property manager is attentive and professional. As a side note, the property’s app makes everything easy.

Relaxing fun time

We had a great time and the house had all of luxuries and amenities that we were looking for. Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (a fetching maniac) loved the large lawn backyard daily for endless hours. A very convenient location for easy trips to town.

Great Cozy Spot in Perfect Scottsdale Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very well equipped, communication with host was great. It has a big back yard with big trees. Everything went very well. I would recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed this property for approximately 3 months while our home was being worked on. The property was very clean, spacious for a family of 4, and had all amenities needed plus some. The owner was very quick to respond to questions.

This property, the owner could not have been more accommodating. Everything you need to cook and bake for family, the backyard is gorgeous and a great place to have a glass of wine as you while away the evening! Thank you so much Beth. We will be back!

The oven shelves can be tricky if not placed in the correct position and we don’t know why. This is the first time someone hasn’t been able to work with it and we offered to let them leave and refund unused nights. They declined. We are nevertheless replacing the oven shortly.

geting some sunshine

we decided to drive to Scottsdale from Tacoma with our dogs for a longer stay. The home worked our beautifully for that. The back yard was perfect for the dogs. They enjoyed running up and back, it was very spacious.'The home was comfortable, with TV's in every room!It was rather cold in Scottsdale for our stay so we werent able to stay ourside and use the patio other than one day. We though that it was a good location to get to friends and restaurants. I enjoyed the walks with the dogs. Safe, quiet neighborhood. We had a great time.

Home base

We were here to compete at the agility world games at Westworld. We spent long days there so it was nice to have a comfortable place in a great location. The hall bathroom shower needs better water pressure and the king mattress needs replacing (we sunk down). All in all easily remedied and we would stay here again.

Perfect location

This property was comfortable and convenient for our activities. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans and dishes. We enjoyed cooking some meals with all needed tools in the kitchen!! We had great weather and very much enjoyed our stay

The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and there is a pleasant fenced back yard with furniture for lounging and grass for our dog. We appreciated the bicycles in the garage for use on the off-road paved trails very close to this neighborhood. We would highly recommend this property in north Scottsdale.
