Step into relaxation in this spacious updated 2 bedroom condo. There is convenient parking in front of the unit where you can walk right to the entry of this 2nd floor walk up flat. The Kitchen is well equipped and offers all of the comforts of home. The Master Bedroom has a King bed with adjacent full bath. The guest bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed and easy access to a full guest bath. The beautiful landscaped grounds overlook the golf course and the on- site pool is just across the parking lot from this unit. Evian has tennis courts on-site to use, and enjoy the easy access to the bike paths throughout the gated community of Shipyard. Sit on the beautiful outside deck just off of the kitchen and enjoy wonderful views. You won't believe how serene it is! This unit is less than a mile from the Shipyard Beach Club which is walkable but an easy bike ride.
Shipyard itself is just around the corner from the bustling Coligny Beach area which has several shops, restaurants as well as the new Low Country Celebration Park.

Perfect beach stay

Very nice condo. We had one issue that the property manager quickly resolved. It is a great place for a family to have plenty of room to relax and has everything you need. It is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, and the pool area is very well maintained.

Great Evian Unit!

We had a great three weeks here! We've stayed at many other Evian units over the years and think this unit is the best one we've stayed in! It has beautiful deck overlooking at the lagoon and golf course and is very comfortable. It's very well equipped and has very comfortable beds. We hope to go back next year!

Love Evian

Our stay was great, beautiful weather for 3 weeks. Our villa was a 4.8. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked and the main suite bathroom really nice. The dishwasher ran a LONG time but it worked and no light over sink but this is so minor! We will be back!!!!

It is also an easy walk to the beach with the wagon provided! The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the bathrooms spacious. The layout was very open and family friendly. It offered ample parking for two cars and is a quiet end unit. It is convenient to all that HHI has to offer as far as restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals and the appliances are updated. The bedrooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. Our favorite spot is the family room. There is plenty of room (seating) to watch a movie or play a board game together. We love how Evian is beautifully maintained and we used the tennis courts each morning. The bike ride to the beach is lovely and short (almost a mile). We really enjoyed our time there!
