Luxury Private Lake House w/ Hot Tub & Dock!

Come enjoy this exquisite lake house which has awesome views of Lake Jackson off multiple decks and a covered gazebo. The interior has been completely remodeled with new furniture, fixtures, kitchen, and bathrooms. It features a new 6 person hot tub, fire pit, multiple games, inside bar, kayaks, and a 12 ft long dock. The property is an animal watcher's paradise with deer, eagles, and other wildlife regularly frequenting the area. No pets, outside music, or parties allowed because of neighbors and a strict sound ordinances especially after10pm. There is a Minut device installed outside the house that monitors decibel levels and does not record conversations. If you violate the rules there is a $1,000 fee for any outside parties, $300 unauthorized pet fee, a $250 inside smoking fee, $250 fee for each car not parked legally, and a $250 fee per person over 8 people on the property. I have camera's on all entrances to monitor and document any unauthorized activity.

The space has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and can sleep up to 8 people. The two twins in the common area are rollaway beds. The open concept living room has 25 foot ceilings with multiple views of the lake and a large dining table and eat in kitchen. There is a 55 inch TV in the basement with a foosball table, giant Jenga, and a classic Nintendo system. There is a covered outside dining table in the gazebo with a grill and a couch. The other decks have a fire pit and sun loungers. There is a boat ramp close by to drop in your own boat or you can rent a pontoon boat. Only 2 boats allowed on the dock for safety reasons. We also have 2 kayaks. There is parking for up to 8 cars in the lot next to the house. The Jasper County short term license number is STR 2024-01 .
