LAKEFRONT LIVING
Arrow Point Lodge has an amazing, large water view of the lake. With a large floating dock that can accommodate your entire group, you'll have plenty of space to play, relax, and soak up the sun all day long. The water depth is 8–9 feet off the dock, making it great for swimming or boating.
This home is nestled on the outside of a sandbar, so most boat traffic stays on the opposite side of the lake, providing a safe place for swimming and kayaking. Two child kayaks, two adult kayaks, life jackets, and lounge chairs are provided.

Bedrooms: The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, a 43" TV, and nightstands featuring USB outlets. Upstairs, you'll find another king bedroom with a generous closet, a 43" TV, and the convenience of USB outlets.
The bunk room offers two full beds on the bottom and two twin beds on the top. With a large closet to store their belongings, it's the perfect space for the family. (We recommend children ages 6 and older for the top bunks, with a weight limit of 150 pounds per side.)
The Lanai: This screened-in porch features a dining table with seating for eight, along with two couches, so that your whole group has a place to spend time without needing to be inside the home. A mini-fridge is available for storing cold drinks.
The Lounge: This beautiful great room with stunning views is ideal for relaxing and taking in the scenery. It has two comfy recliners and a dining table accommodating six to eight people, setting the stage for game nights. Fancy a little friendly competition? Play foosball, pool, or table hockey on our mini-game table. Hang out at the bar, complete with a TV and vintage arcade machine packed with Nintendo 64 games.

Kitchen: From the full-size oven and range to the microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with ice-maker, everything you need is at your fingertips. The island comfortably accommodates eight guests, creating the perfect setting for meals together. We've provided a wide array of kitchen items, including pots and pans, silverware, plates, mixing bowls, baking pans, a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils.
Entertainment: We understand that staying connected is essential, fiber WiFi throughout the home, offering an average speed of 80-150 mbps. Stream your favorite shows (app logins required) on any of the 4 smart TVs strategically placed throughout the property.
Like Music? Our living room features in-ceiling speakers so that you can play your favorite jams anytime by simply connecting your device via Bluetooth.
The Veranda: If you enjoy relaxing in the morning, the veranda is the perfect place! This upper deck, with its large balcony, is fully covered and provides ample seating with two couches that overlook the yard and lake.
Laundry: A large Samsung washer and dryer are located in a laundry room in front of the property in an exterior structure. Laundry pods are provided.

Jackson Lake is a hidden gem of northern Georgia. The lake is smaller and lesser known, so it's not quite as busy as some of the larger lakes.Our neighborhood is fairly quiet with moderate boat traffic and many homeowners that live on the lake full-time. This peaceful lake house retreat offers luxury, fun and everything you need. We’re located an hour from Atlanta, and close to Covington, Monticello and Jackson, Georgia. This is a serene and peaceful lake that is rare to find if you’re looking at larger lakes. Enjoy the tranquility of nature with this exquisitely decorated home plus additional parking. You can rent a private boat from local marinas and spend the day on the water. At night we suggest visiting downtown Jackson or Monticello for fun! Local restaurants like the Blind Pig, Lakeview and Fire and Ice are great places to eat.

House Rules
No Smoking
Quiet Hours outside of home: 10pm – 7am . No Fireworks. (Several neighbors in our community are veterans and suffer from PTSD.)
No parties or groups larger than the home allowance of 8.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilets. (Our septic system can’t support it.)
No diving from the dock. Children should wear life jackets. The lake area is “swim at your own risk”.
Pets: A pet under 50 lbs. is allowed but requires a pet fee. Guest will be charged a fee if pet not checked in prior to stay. Keeps pets on a leash when outdoors. Pick up poop. Alert us if they pee indoors.
Wet Items: Please keep outdoor equipment such as life jackets, fishing rods, or lounge chairs outside of the home.
Furniture: Keep all furniture and rugs in place throughout the home.
The upstairs fireplace is non-operational. Please do not attempt to use it.
Any boats or jetskis on the premises are not to be used.
There is a fireplace that does not work and is off-limits.

Parking: We have a private driveway that fits approximately three cars. Please do not park in the street.
Camera Disclaimer:
There is a security camera on the front of the property overlooking the driveway, and a second camera on the rear of the home overlooking the yard. We have these for safety reasons since we do not live on the property. These cameras are only checked for security purposes, not monitored during your stay, and do not record your audio. They also help us limit how many guests are staying at once. We are limited in how many guests we can have, and we've had a few parties abuse that. We consider ourselves to be very fair and accommodating. We're always open to communication and will do everything we can to ensure that you have a wonderful stay!
