As soon as you enter 'Lucky You' you'll feel at home. Newly renovated, every detail has been carefully considered when choosing how to decorate our place. This beach oasis is a place where family and friends can have an incredible vacation. It's just too good to be true!

Lucky You is just steps from the beach and Gulf-side pool!

With almost 1100 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is so spacious you'll have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time with family and friends at the beach. We have stocked the kitchen with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Our beds have been outfitted with the most comfortable mattresses and sheets we can find. Our bathrooms are equipped with plush towels and spa soaps and shampoos. We've installed hooks in every room, making it easy for you to keep your space clutter-free so you can relax and 'enjoy the view.' Lucky You is stocked with games, books, umbrellas, a cooler, beach towels and laundry detergent. The kitchen has top notch Whirlpool Gold appliances, an array of small appliances, and the full-size stackable washer and dryer are so big you'll have room to wash everything at once - leaving you time for the fun activities. Wireless Internet is available throughout the unit.

The Living Room has plenty of seating options and the 50 inch HDTV can be viewed from anywhere in the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. We have installed a blue ray player in the Living Room for you to enjoy. Our Master suite has a King bed with an en suite bath. The master bedroom has a 40 inch HDTV and bluray player. The second King suite is also equipped with a King bed and 40' HDTV. The bunk room is large enough to accommodate a pack-and-play for families with little ones.

Not enough space? We have a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

Maravilla Resort Condominiums is located on beautiful Miramar Beach and because we have a deeded beach, our views are unobstructed. Maravilla is a gated community and one of only a few resorts where you can enter the property from either Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive making venturing out really convenient. Lucky You is a ground floor unit just steps from the pool. We have comfortable seating for 4 at the outdoor dining table as well as 'lounge' chairs so you can relax and while reading a book or enjoying a cold drink!

In addition, we provide an outdoor bean bag toss game that is a guest favorite and can be played just outside in the grass by the patio.

Maravilla has 2 large pools, one Gulf-front and one seasonally heated. The resort has a hot tub, a work out room, tennis courts pickleball and a basketball hoop.

Our beach attendants are fantastic. Our unit comes with daily beach set up, 2 chairs and one umbrella, from March 15 - October 31st.

We are pet friendly to pre-approved dogs. Pre-approval is required. Please list size and breed when requesting a reservation.
