The main level includes 2 bedrooms (one with king and one with queen), two full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining, living room, and 3 season sunroom with an outdoor sectional sofa and additional dining table- the perfect place to relax and have a drink, read a book, or play a game!

Our walk out lower level gives a secondary place to relax or entertain. It offers a ping pong table, second living room, wet bar with fridge and wine cooler, and a bookcase full of board games and puzzles. The walk out lower level also has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one with 2 queens and 1 Twin with trundle) and another full bathroom. The lower level walks out to a large patio with a 8 person dining table and a Weber gas BBQ grill. The patio is just steps away from the 14th fairway and the views are spectacular! 8 Adirondack chairs and a corn hole game await you on the lawn.
