Come visit Old Kinderhook Resort, Golf Club, & Spa and stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa overlooking the 12th green and a short walk to the Old Kinderhook Community Docks. The villa is only 2 years old and is new to a rental program. It is very tastefully decorated with new furniture and stocked with everything a family or group of golfers could need while on vacation.
Inside the Villa, you will find 4 large bedrooms. On the main level is the Master Bedroom which has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin XL beds which can be adjoined to form a king bed. In the walkout lower level are 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 also has 2 twin XL beds which can be adjoined to form a king bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 queen sized beds. The kitchen is on the main level and is quite large and stocked with everything you need. The main level also provides a comfortable family room with a queen sized sofa sleeper and dining area which walks out to a large deck equipped with a BBQ grill and a covered outdoor dining area. The lower level also offers a very large family room, wet bar and gaming area. The lower level also walks out to a very large covered patio. Both the deck and patio overlook and provide an amazing view of the 12th green and also the Marina/Cove area.
Old Kinderhook Resort, Golf Club, & Spa is an award winning facility with one of the premier Golf Courses in the Midwest. You can also dine at Old Kinderhook’s premier restaurant, The Trophy Room, which offers amazing dinners and also offers a cocktail bar and nightly specials. All while you enjoy gorgeous views and a warm ambiance. The Hook Café is also available for breakfast and lunch. The complex offers 3 swimming pools for your pleasure, workout facilities, tennis courts and 2 sand volleyball courts. For you baseball / softball families, the Villa is located only 9 miles away from Ballparks National.

Wonderful place!

Had a group of 9 (2 families) stay for a holiday weekend and we had PLENTY of room. No shortage of beds and the couches were comfy enough to sleep on as well. The place was spotless, water pressure was great, plenty of games for the kids and parents to hang out and play, and kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and stuff to use throughout our weekend on the water. Chuck is an outstanding communicator and responded to questions within minutes. Cant recommend this place enough!

Excellent, spacious, clean accommodations! Must see and stay! Will be back!

Easy communications with owners and very accommodating since we were staying for baseball tournament. Villa is very clean and spacious with modern decor and furniture. We enjoyed watching all the golfers on the 12th hole from the top deck. Between games, we enjoyed the pools and pickleball courts.

Great Escape

We had 8 golfers and stayed 3 nights. The house had everything we could have needed and large enough that made it very comfortable. It was a great location (on the 12th green) and a short drive to the clubhouse. It was perfect for our group.

Birthday celebration

We had an amazing time golfing boating and relaxing in this fabulous villa. Perfect for a family with lots of rooms and space for everyone to hang out and not be on top of each other. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back.

Beautiful Villa for a family getaway!

We had a great time on our family getaway to the Ozarks thanks to the wonderful experience at this beautiful Villa! Parents enjoyed a beautiful master bed and bath upstairs and the girls stayed in the upstairs bedroom with twin beds and had the hall shower bathroom. The older five teenagers hung out downstairs in the two bedrooms and family room and shared the shower bathroom. Boys played poker at the game table and had a blast! Parents and teenagers enjoyed both the pools at the resort near the Villa. It was nice to start the morning with a cup of coffee on the deck with a beautiful view of the golf course. So quiet and relaxing! Owner is very accommodating and responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall very happy we chose this property!!! We now want to make this a yearly family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was exactly what we expected. The only thing we might suggest to anyone staying at this property would be to remember your own soap for the shower as there was none provided at this VRBO. Everything else was perfect.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location was nice and quiet. We enjoyed being on the golf course and also having the lake within walking distance. Chuck was very helpful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this place.

Great house for families

This villa was perfect for our family of 10. ( 5 adults and 5 kids). The bedrooms were big and the large bedroom in the basement was a hit with the kids as it had 2 queen size beds and 2 fold out twin beds. This was their space and they loved it. There were nice TV'S in each bedroom as well as the living room and family room in the basement. The villa was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was very impressed with the nice furniture. We made a lot of memories while staying at Old Kinderhook. The kids loved the pool and the outdoor space at the villa. It was a great place to spend time with family. Chuck was great to work with and always answered my questions in a timely manner.

4th of July weekend

My family had a great time staying in Old Kinderhook over the holiday weekend. There is so much to do for all ages. The pools were great to hang out in. The Villa was just as described so nice and comfortable and Chuck the owner is great to work with. Would recommend staying here for sure! You won’t be disappointed!

Great property

If you want a great rental property this is the one. It is on the best golf destination in Missouri plus the lake. Camdenton is on the quiet side of the lake. Old Kinderhook has great golf, food and a friendly Midwest atmosphere. Can’t go wrong with this rental.
