The house was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone. Very relaxing and comfortable. Our host was most gracious when we got lost and great with all of our questions! Would most definitely stay again!
Our second visit to the Treehouse was just as amazing as the first! We had a group of six, and everyone loved their rooms and bedding. They had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. We even got to cook in the kitchen and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The hospitality made for truly memorable experience.
Amazing unique property. Highly recommend staying here. The farm is beautiful. Angie was an excellent host that helped with all of our requests and gave us a great tour of the farm. We will definitely be back.
WOW!! Had an amazing stay at this property super clean and process was smooth. I love the privicy and how we could rome around the farm. We even checked out the spot where seabusicuit was filmed it was a great experince and definitly will be back to stay again. Highly recommanded if you are lookign for a private get away.
We were coming to central Kentucky to visit and this was the perfect property to unwind and enjoy the beautiful state. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!
Amazing property! Perfect for our adult group to visit after a running race through the Kentucky hills. The deck tables were perfect for dinner and drinks. We had UK daughters who came out to visit their parents and toured the barns and also found their own private space in the house to visit away from the adults. Great spaces to play games and sleep. The stallion barn tour was fantastic and so worth while. We started out being rushed for time but gave into the moment and beauty of the area. Great response from the host- very attentive and Christy was so knowledgeable and personable. Loved it all- only thing guests should be told that it is a distance from Lexington and even the drive in to the farm is a distance. I would not recommend arrival at night. I will return and recommend to others for group get togethers
This was our second time here at the TreeHouse. We were here in May and it's just as beautiful the second time around. My husband with the help of Angie our host, planned a surprise birthday for me. Angie even helped my husband get a caterer for the event. Best birthday ever.
The house is gorgeous - like nothing you've ever seen before.
The grounds are beautiful, the horses are magnificent.
If you like peace and quite, nature and horses you can not pass up this tremendous rental. Angie's tours around the farm are fun and informative. And always a learning experience.
From the horses, farm and treehouse, it is a very unique experience. I would recommend this place for any type of occasion. Or to just kick back and relax. Looking forward to our next stay.

Wife and I took a 4 day vacation to Hill & Dale @ Xalapa. You can not express in words the beauty and enjoyment of a trip to this horse farm. We stayed at the tree house on the farm. ( Not your typical tree house !!! ) Have to see it to really experience this beautiful home.
We spent two days on tours of the property with the host, Angie. Never and I mean never have we been taken care of, as we were with Angie, if we wished to do something, she took the time to make it happen. A must see is a tour of the Stallion Barn, Crescent Barn,
Mare and foal barn. And we watched a breeding session. To much more to mention.
We are at home now and still excited about the time at Xalapa. Our sincere gratitude to Angie and John Sikura. (Owners) for sharing this home and experience with us.
