A one of kind property to make memories with your family! Our 5 BR log cabin tucked way back in the woods amongst 40 acres of marked hiking trails make it an awesome vacation spot in all seasons! Close to top golf courses, snow skiing, fall color tours, bring the boat to East Jordan Marina, beer/wineries tours, and everything that northern MI has to offer!

Located only 5 mins from East Jordan and beautiful Lake Charlevoix, 20 mins from Boyne Mtn and Schuss Mtn ski resorts, Boathouse/Jordan Valley Barn/Castle Farms wedding venues, and 20 mins from great northern Michigan cities like Charlevoix, Boyne City, and Bellaire.

Watch your kids play on the swingset from the covered porch, build a fire for smores, or take a hike around our 40 acres of marked trails, there is so much to do at Teepee Hill!

Quiet, secluded but close to skiing and charlevoix. Beautiful house with plenty of room. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Property was great to explore hiking. Would love to go back!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful experience at this home during our annual family trip to northern Michigan. The accommodations were terrific and exactly what we were looking for! The homeowners were quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home to our other family and friends!

We had a wonderful time at this property and enjoyed our stay. We had a few hiccups but Blake was very helpful and did his bbbest to accommodate us. I highly recommend this place if you and your family are looking for a very secluded place that isn’t too far from civilization.

Family get away

The cabin was a great family getaway. There was plenty of room for all of us plus the dog. We didn’t get a chance to explore the trails which was something that drew me to the property in the first place. Next time we need to stay longer so that we can fit everything in. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was wonderful to stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was secluded. The only downside was location and no hot tub. It was a 40 minute drive to torch lake (where we rented our boat).

Boyne Resort Lovers

We usually stayed at the Boyne Mt. Resort and this year with the growing family (14) and increased prices, we stayed off the resort. Beautiful home is exactly as pictured. The house is secluded with minimal landscaping, but if you appreciate privacy and the outdoors, you will love the location. It was a little drive for most of our activities, but well worth it for the price. Well stocked, better than the resort!

Picture perfect setting

We shared this home with our two kids, our friends and their three kids (total of 9, kids ages 1-6) and had more than enough space. The property is very private and beautiful, especially after it snows which we were fortunate to have happen a few times. We enjoyed the trails, particularly the one that ran down beside the creek. The home is the definition of cozy. We appreciated the updated kitchen and wood burning fireplace and the kids played for many hours in the loft with the available toys. The basement space seems new, fresh and inviting. There isn’t a single spot that isn’t pleasant. While we stayed at the property, we enjoyed a few quick trips into East Jordan, as well as multiple trips to Boyne resort for spa treatments and taking the kids to Avalanche Bay indoor water park. A 10/10 trip for us with all of the boxes checked! Thank you to our hosts for granting us this opportunity by loaning us your incredible space!

Such a big and beautiful cabin to stay in

Everything about the cabin was so good. So much space and so many things provided from the owner to make the stay much more fun. Ex: board games , Netflix , and sleds out in the barn for a fun day in the snow. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Amazing!

Teepee hill was such a hit with our family! We were able to enjoy the winter wonderland with snowshoeing, sledding and even skiing for a day with a short drive over to Boyne. The kids loved exploring around the property and playing with all the fun toys. Thank you for a great time!

This cabin has been our family's retreat over the last several years, and now we want to share it with others! Over the last two years we built extensive hiking trails, added A/C, a swingset, and modernized the lower level of the cabin.

A great year round location! A great spot for fall color tours, less than a mile off a major snowmobile trail, 20 mins to Boyne Mtn or Shanty Creek for skiing or golf.

The minute you drive back into the woods and step out of your car you realize how unique this cabin is. The perfect spot to disconnect from your everyday life and make lasting memories with your friends and family.
