Casa Oceana is perfectly located in Vieques, PR, within walking distance from the ferry. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home comes complete with a pool, plenty of outside deck and seating areas, and a full kitchen.

THE HOUSE
With all new amenities, the house is furnished for modern comfort! Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen include a spacious fridge/freezer combo with ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy cooking at home with all the pots, pans and utensils.

A/C's are throughout the house, tho the ocean breezes will keep you comfortable during the day.

Beautiful tile and polished concrete countertops make for a lovely ocean-front vacation home. You will enjoy the property in privacy, including the pool and parking. A gated entrance will keep give you peace of mind, along with outward facing security cameras, and a keypad entry system.

The outside seating areas include lounge chairs, plush cushion chairs and ottomans, outside dining for 8, and an ocean-side bar for sunset cocktails.

A California king is situated in the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. A flat screen TV and fluffy pillows allow for a comfortable rest, and for the guests wanting to sleep late: blackout curtains! The adjoining full-bath is beautifully created with a step-in shower, pedestal sink, and closet.

The guest bedroom sleeps 2 additional guests, either as a twin bed, a trundle queen, or 2 twins. Enjoy another flat screen TV here, or choose a book from the library for some quiet-time.

A community bathroom off the kitchen hosts another step-in shower, and luxurious towels are provided for all guests, including beach towels.

The laundry room is available to guests with a stackable washer and dryer.
Guest access
Vieques is situated on a small Caribbean island off the east coast of Puerto Rico, and does require additional travel and planning. To get to Vieques from San Juan, you can fly or ferry.

Casa Oceana is a short 10-minute walk from the ferry, and also from Isabel Segunda –– Vieques's downtown. You can access grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shopping on foot, however, we do recommend renting a vehicle while on the island to see the beautiful white-sand beaches Vieques has to offer, as well as the famous bioluminescent bay and other wildlife only to be seen here! The island does tend to run out of rental cars, so these should be booked well in advance. You will have access to parking on the property.
Other things to note
Vieques is raw and remote, and this is part of our island charm! There are no stop lights on the island, or fast food joints, or big box shopping. Everything moves at a much slower pace. The island is prone to brown-outs, and city water can be shut off at times with no warning. Hurricane season is typically September thru November, and we cannot control the weather! Gas shortages to the island are typical, and shopping can sometimes be a scavenger hunt. Again, part of the island's charm! If you're looking for discos that are open until wee hours of the morning, this is not the place for you. Vieques is run by thousands of wild horses and the best tropical beaches in the Caribbean.
