Living & Dining

The heart of the home is a bright, open living and dining area that flows straight out to the patio, so the indoors and outdoors blur together. There's high-speed WiFi throughout and a TV for downtime, plus plenty of room to gather in the morning with coffee or unwind in the evening after a day on the water.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating. You'll find a drip coffee maker and a French press for your morning coffee, a blender for smoothies and cocktails, and all the pots, pans, and tools you'd want to make a proper meal. There's also a beach cooler you're welcome to pack and take with you for the day.

The Two Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are private king rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, an easy fit for two couples or a small group who each want their own space. Every room has luxury linens made from 100% bamboo viscose, these sheets are buttery-soft and silky smooth, perfect for staying cool. Each bedroom also has its own air conditioning, so everyone controls their own comfort.

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms, one attached to each bedroom, so no one is sharing or waiting. Our new Plush Towels are made with Premium Aegean Turkish cotton and are massive. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body was are also provided.

The Patio & Private Pool over 2,000 sq ft!

Step outside to a massive outdoor and your own private 20'x25' pool, the villa's favorite gathering spot. It's made for sunrise coffee and sunset drinks, with stunning south-side Caribbean views stretching out in front of you. Because the grounds are entirely yours, the patio and pool are completely private. Our outdoor dinning seats 6, and outdoor lounge area is completed with 2 oversized lounge chairs and sofa.

The Grounds

The villa sits on 1.5 acres of private land. There's plenty of open space around you — room to breathe, quiet nights, and unforgettable Caribbean scenery in every direction. Wild horses, a Vieques trademark, may wander by. A massive mango tree provides plenty of fresh fruit in season.

The Building Itself

Casa Vieques was purpose-built with EPS structural panels, making the villa hurricane-resistant, exceptionally well-insulated, and quiet. The walls stay cool in the Caribbean heat, so the home is comfortable and energy-efficient even at midday.
