GAME LOFT

Head upstairs for a pool table, Xbox, smart TV and board games. Four twin beds make the loft a flexible sleeping and hangout space for kids, teens or friends.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Relax in the private hot tub, cook on the gas grill, dine under the covered patio or gather around the firepit. The swing bed, horseshoes and private backyard give your group plenty of room to unwind. Mini golf and the playground are shared with the neighboring sister cabin.



LOCATION & IMPORTANT NOTES

Boots & Beats is in a lively, walkable part of Hochatown—not a secluded cabin setting. Hochatown Saloon is about a one-minute walk away and offers live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights, so music may be heard. The cabin shares a driveway with the neighboring sister cabin, while each cabin has its own private backyard.



A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, conditioner and coffee is provided. Self check-in is available through the front-door keypad. The primary guest must be at least 21 and complete the rental agreement.

Our stay at the cabin in Hochatown was simply amazing. Everything was beautiful, well-maintained, and very cozy, and the location was perfect, everything was just a short distance away. The cabin amenities were excellent; we truly had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. Andrea was a wonderful host, very attentive and thoughtful with every detail. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace, comfort, and plenty of things to do nearby. We would definitely come back!

We all enjoyed our stay. Thre kitchen was well equipped and the teens enjoyed playing pool and outdoor games. Great location for Hochatown and Beaver's Bend State Park.

We had a wonderful stay, plenty of room for everyone to move around and plenty of beds. Hot tub was great, smores by the outdoor fire were fantastic, grill was so clean, couldn't have been better. Thanks for a beautiful cabin for our family to enjoy after Christmas!!!

Perfect family cabin

This cabin is perfect. We stayed here with two families. Two young kids, and two teenagers. The fire pit, hot tub, and pool table were all huge hits. Great location.

Good stay overall. If you want convenience this is definitely the place, right by the saloon, and many other fun venues. It was a little shocking quiet time is 10pm with the saloon so close by, but it was great for my group!! I would stay again.

Beautiful new cabin! Great hot tub, pool table and fire pit

We had a great weekend at the cabin! We had everything we needed! The use of space in the upstairs loft was a great thought-beds slid into the wall for plenty of room for pool. The kitchen was fully equipped. Audrey was very responsive to messages or questions and very easy to rent from. We’re happy to recommend to friends and family.

Impromptu Family Getaway

Life is busy with a 23, 20, and 17 year old. Schedules don’t align as easily as they used to, so I jumped at the opportunity when I realized we had a couple days that we could getaway. The area was beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed the lakes and rivers. The cabin was in a great location, comfortable beds, we loved playing pool, enjoyed using the grill and the hot tub. And the cement floors were awesome for having dogs with us! Andrea was a great host and we didn’t lack for anything.

Watch the fees!

This place was nice except for stains on furniture. Kids stuff was nice. Small kitchen (don’t host thanksgiving here). Very expensive for size of cabin.

Perfect getaway!

Our family (3 adults, 4 kids & 2 dogs) enjoyed this home for Christmas break. The size was perfect, the upstairs was phenomenal for the kids. The pictures were exactly what it looks like. So clean, modern & fun. It is conveniently located close to all of the fun BB offers; restaurants, breweries, hiking, wineries, convenient stores. The backyard area was so serene, no one too close so we felt like we were in the deep woods but still close to everything. You will not be disappointed! We will definitely book here again.

Very nice cabin

Friends and I were planning a road trip and this cabin was perfect. Very clean and the property manager was very kind and even supplied fire wood. It was also close to a lot of the local attractions. Worth it!

Great property and centrally located

Blitz's Memory is a great cabin in Broken Bow. About 5-10 minutes from great hiking trails in the state park, 2-5 minutes from convenience stores, gas stations, dining, entertainment. Cabin was perfect for our family and dog for the Thanksgiving holiday. Owner was great at communication and responding to any needs that came up during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Close to the park

Location of the cabin was excellent! Very close to the park and easy to get there. Owner was very responsive when we had to call him for assistance. The kitchen is fully stocked with nearly everything you would need from pots and pans to different kitchen gadgets and aluminum foil. The kids loved have their own space in the loft.. However the outdoor picture is a little misleading, you’re not in the middle of nowhere. There are neighbors nearby that you can see and hear when you’re outside especially in the evening by the fire. Also the place could use a deep clean; the hanging lights and the window blinds are dusty. It would be great if there was two new couches; as they were a bit lumpy.

Great Place

A great location right in the middle of everything and the lake is right around the corner. The house is the perfect size for a small group. Plenty to do at the house and endless things in the area to do.

Very clean cabin

Had a great time! Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Neighbors all around but still private. Even enjoyed some wildlife in the backyard! Can’t wait to visit again!!
