Equipped with a Keurig K-cup coffee maker and stocked with all essential meal necessities, this kitchen is designed for convenience and functionality.

Experience luxury and comfort in our master bedroom, featuring a spacious king-size bed, stylish nightstands, a dresser, and a large closet, complemented by a big-screen TV for your entertainment. The ensuite bathroom offers a single vanity sink and a convenient shower/tub combo, with easy access from the living room. All essential linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

The cabin is equipped with pickleball equipment, a basketball, and additional games like axe throwing and cornhole, providing endless entertainment for all ages. A comprehensive pickleball rule book is available in each cabin, ensuring that guests can easily familiarize themselves with the game while enjoying their stay. Please note that all users of the recreational areas do so at their own risk, allowing for a fun and engaging experience in a beautiful setting.

**Firewood Provided**

General Information - A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet. An Air Mattress is provided for two additional guests. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 8, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
