The semi-open kitchen features a breakfast and a swanky French door refrigerator, and that's in addition to the private gas grill available for nights on the patio. Plenty of cooking equipment is included to help you make up your favorite dishes that you can enjoy alfresco in the spacious backyard space. Play cornhole together, light up the fire table and admire the stars, or take a dip in the hot tub or a refreshing night swim. This friendly home is close to restaurants and plenty of attractions - you'll never forget just how close you are to the ocean.

Two kayaks and two adult bikes are available for guest use. Water access to launch kayaks lies at the end of the street!
Guests must stay for a minimum of seven days.
This is a front/back duplex; this rental is in the back.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 35 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
