Demi-duplex récemment rénové dans une rue calme de Marathon. Idéalement situé au cœur de Marathon, sur un canal à quelques mètres de l'océan. Cette maison est située dans le quartier résidentiel de Sombrero Beach, à moins de 1,6 km de la plage. La plage de Sombrero est considérée comme l'une des plus belles plages des Florida Keys. Aussi proche de Publix, Kmart et de nombreux restaurants raffinés Fl Keys.

Cette propriété a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, une chambre (principale) a un lit queen size et l'autre a deux lit queen size, 6 personnes. Les deux ont un matelas en mousse à mémoire et les deux chambres ont la télévision par câble.

La cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour a des comptoirs en quartz, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Salon offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan. À l'extérieur, vous pourrez continuer à profiter de la vue sur l'océan depuis les chaises longues de la piscine. Sur le pont, vous trouverez un coin salon pour profiter du magnifique lever et coucher du soleil sur les Florida Keys.

Family Vacation to Remember!

This was my husband and children’s first visit to the Florida Keys, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Ivette was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything seamless—from booking to check-in. We were even able to check in early, which gave the our 3 boys extra time to jump in the pool and start fishing in the canal right away!The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and fun week. It was the perfect home base for all our adventures and truly felt like our own slice of paradise. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Thank you, Ivette, for such a memorable spring break!

Beautiful Area

Vaca Key is the perfect place to stay! It’s close to Sombrero Beach, Publix, great restaurants and the gym. The duplex we rented was clean, had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to our needs. We are renting from her again next year! It’s the perfect place to relax, escape from the snow and enjoy the beautiful warm weather!

Our family loves this property. This is our second time staying here. Clean and close to the beach, grocery store restaurants. Enjoyed fishing in the canal. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Tranquil

The house was perfect for our family. Fit our needs for our stay with a cute/clean little pool to cool off. Great fishing in the canal right off the dock with views of the open ocean. Right around the corner to sombrero beach, 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. We paddle boarded from sombrero beach to the house via the ocean! The canal and ocean are very shallow so boaters would need to know their stuff to safely boat in and out. Location is nice to be able to explore all the keys, 1 hour to Key West, 30 min to Big Pine Key and Islamorada. We will be back!

Wondeful!

We had a great stay at this location! Our friends first time to the Keys so this was a middle location to be out and about! We loved our little pool too! +++'s Publix nearby Beach is close. Middle island so easy to see lots. Great Kitchen with lots of stuff- 2 kinds of Coffee Makers! Drip and a Keurig if desired. BBQ was great. Wine snobs- need real glasses- we had just enough for 3! Beds are firm- but we were fine with that. You decide. Ivette was responsive and helpful but we really didn't need anything. There was only 1 bath hand towel but no big deal. Sad to leave! Would rent again for sure!!!! Cute nice cozy palce for sure! Crusin'Tikis in Islamorada was a huge hit too!!!!!!

Great location

This is the perfect location for a vacation. The house fit our family of four well. We spent a lot of time outside in the back yard - either fishing, kayaking, lounging or playing in the pool. The boat lift was super convenient as we had rented a boat for the week. Being right down the road from a Publix was also very convenient. Would definitely return.

A few issues but resolved quickly

We stayed here over Thanksgiving for the week. When we got there, the air conditioner was not working, but the property manager had someone there quickly and it turns out it was just a tripped breaker. Also had an issue with the refrigerator/freezer, it eas. It working correctly. But, again, the property manager quickly got someone there to service it and it was fixed. The location is great and the size of the house was perfect for us and our boat. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful week of fishing and catching lobster. The house was clean and updated. Pool was very refreshing and the boat lift worked well for our boat. we would definitely stay again.

Perfect

What a perfect house for our family of four vacation. The house was very clean and well stocked. The pool was small but the perfect dipping pool to cool us off at the end of the day. The boat lift was great, as we rented a boat for three days and ventured out to fish and snorkel. The canal did have sea grass that blew in on the first day but if blew out within the day. We saw a momma manatee and two babies, fish, birds, lizards and iguanas. What a relaxing vacation. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed this property for our family of 4. Our boys, ages 10 and 13 enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. We walked to and from Sombrero Beach everyday, which is about 1 mile away. We also enjoyed the marathon park for basketball, etc. Publix and Winn Dixie are a very short distance from the house (about a mile). The house is clean and has everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive and available for all of our questions. Highly recommend! Thank you for letting us enjoy your property!

The house and pool were perfect!!!! Everything was beautiful the extra chairs, towels and cooler was an added bonus!! If you rent here expect it to be very windy!! The beds were comfortable, showers are big! The only thing we didn’t care for was that there is only one, one person kyack. The other problem was getting the kyack in the water then climbing down the ladder to get in it. We also had to declog the ice machine on the refrigerator . We had a blast those little things didn’t interrupt our stay!!😊😊 Thank you

Great location on a canal and private pool!

Our family enjoyed their time spent here. They could fish in the canal and enjoy the private pool at the end of the day. Plenty of room for 6 people and everything you need. We want to thank the hosts for sharing their property with us and we would highly recommend this location.
