Wake up to sunrises from the master sliding glass doors and pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax on the balcony. Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home, with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better! Restaurants are nearby, and the full-length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! Pets allowed under 30 lbs and 25.00 per day pet fee with owner approval.

Absolutely perfect property. Right on the beach. Easy parking. The best host ever. She texted to check on us and even gave us a heads up when currents were strong and of an upcoming rocket launch. Best experience we’ve had renting a condo.

Amazing condo!

My husband and I had a great time in Cocoa Beach and the condo was great! Very clean and very accommodating, exactly as described! Every place we wage was good and Wildside Tours gave us a great dolphin expedition. Would recommend a stay here!

A Christmas to Remember

We needed a good place to be for Christmas and it was wonderful! So clean and modern. Our host added cute Christmas touches and advised us of Surfing Santa event. Amazing beach view from our balcony. Watching Space X launch and seeing full moon from the balcony were added bonuses.

Relaxing time after a cruise

The condo was perfect! Pictures were very accurate and location a plus! We saw 2 launches from the balcony! We enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. (Keurig provided!). Had English muffins in the toaster or walked to breakfast spots! (Java n Juice or pig and whistle) then we walked the town and the beach. Afternoons were spent poolside reading. Followed by a wine on the balcony before heading out to dinner. Deanne was very responsive to my questions and we look forward to coming back again. Only suggestion would be to bring wine glasses if that is your thing. Other than that everything else was available.

Great location and Beach Access

The condo was very nice and as pictured. I’d agree with other comments that the elevator and common areas could really use some work, but the condo itself was great. Being able to come and go with the beach so close by was our favorite part. Our least favorite part was discovering that major construction was going on at the neighboring property. This made enjoying the balcony pretty much impossible from sunrise to sunset. Sharing that information with potential renters is vital. Other than that, we enjoyed the location, walked to a few different restaurants, and liked the below ground parking. The unheated pool was also a surprise as well as retrieving our key from under a stone paver at check in. Although there were some cons, our experience overall was good.

We Love this Condo. Clean, Beautifully decorated. Two 12 foot sliding doors to huge balcony. Gorgeous Kitchen. Location is fantastic, close to grocery shopping and the CoCoa Beach Health Fitness...We are planning on return visits...!!!

Gorgeous ocean view with big balcony. Husband loved the recliner & big TV. He also loved parking car in garage so it wasn't hot inside anytime we went somewhere. Had a little issue with keypad checking in but Deanne was immediately available to help remedy the issue. Lots of great restaurants close by.

This property was just lovely and had everything we needed, and a spectacular ocean view to go with it! Our family of 4 including our 11 and 9 year-old boys stayed 4 nights and had the best time. Everything was very clean and neat, and we really appreciated the use of the beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The condo is close to everything you could need and want. with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The area was very family friendly and we felt safe the entire stay. We do hope to return to Cocoa Beach next summer and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to our lovely hostess Deanne!

This place is in great shape. Building as a whole is a little older, but the condo is completely renovated and very comfortable. Perfect beach view and large balcony. Quick beach access. Short walk to multiple bars and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect spot!

The condo is wonderful. It's nicely upgraded, and the location and view are phenomenal! We enjoyed coming back up to the balcony in the afternoon after getting too much sun on the beach and reading in the shade- we still felt like we were on the beach it was so close. And we only had to use our car to go miniature golfing- we were able to walk to all coffee/meals. And there were even a few bunnies in the dunes- my daughter's favorite animal! Sunrises were spectacular.One tip- the ornate light fixture in the master bedroom hides a ceiling fan! We didn't discover this until a couple night's in and it makes a big difference at night. :)Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Condo in the heart of Cocoa Beach!

This property is stunningly gorgeous and one of the most well appointed properties I’ve stayed at. The condo is gorgeous and sophisticated-not kitschy. The condo has great amenities: super close to so many restaurants, bars and stores. Underground designated parking garage, host provides chairs, boogie boards, kitchen has lots of appliances and supplies (you can cook a legit meal here), and there was a good closet with toiletries. There were plenty of blankets, extra pillows and blankets. This condo isn’t missing anything! I would move in tomorrow!

Perfect Beach Retreat
