The house was in a great location to downtown and whiskey row, but the homeless population was camping out close by. 2 mornings there were people sitting on the front steps and a human feces was seen beside the stairs. House itself was well equipped and large common areas for our group to gather. I would recommend a shower door or at least a curtain in the downstairs bathroom. Parking nearby was cheap which is great for location

We had a wonderful time at this property! There were nine of us staying here for the Bourbon Trail and it was the perfect set up to have a bedroom and a little extra space to yourself and a bathroom to yourself, but also large enough shared space to be able to hang out together for a meal or to socialize. The house was clean and had all sorts of bathroom towels and kitchen items that you might need. There were two spots for parking behind the house and it was really quick to get rideshares for pickups. The host communicated everything we might need and answered any questions I had very quickly. Would highly recommend this property for a large group!!

This home is as advertised. We had a wonderful time staying here. Spent 2 nights there with my 4 siblings and had 5 cousins visit us for one afternoon/evening. We enjoyed the separate floors for sleeping, social time, as well as down time. We were able to walk to reataurants, took morning walks along the river, atopped for coffee along the way, had a wonderful meal at Bob’s Chop House located right across the street.Highly recommend this home, the communication by the owners was outstanding.

Fantastic Property

We had a group of 12 of us stay and everyone couldn’t stop commenting at how large and convenient the space was. Very close to all of the major attractions and would definitely stay here again.

Fun and historic

The property was amazing for our stay and we all enjoyed our individual suites. The location is ideal for what we did and whole the neighbors might look rough they are very nice and friendly. If I come back to Louisville I'll look this place up again.

Great location, parking isn’t the best for a larger group but the property itself and the location were perfect. Walked almost everywhere we went!

Large house well outfitted for groups of family or friends. Close to Whiskey Row, later night options for food/drinks closeby across the street at the Omni hotel. Lots of communication throughout the stay from the owners. Great stay - thank you!!

Fantastic spot

Heart of Louisville so everything was walkable. House is huge with plenty of space but enough closed off space for privacy. If I visit Louisville again, I’ll be using this property.

Perfect Stay in Downtown

We came here for a bachelor party and everyone's minds are still blown about how neat and unique this property was. Perfect location in walking distance to pretty much everything downtown. Tons of space, and extremely comfortable living conditions. 100% am looking forward to coming back!

Great experience

Had a great weekend touring distilleries with friends. Place was spacious clean and well kept. Check in process was easy. Location is downtown with some displaced individuals in the vicinity so be aware.

Great for a large group

We stayed here for a large friend's weekend and the size/layout of the property was great to accommodate so many people while still giving a bit of privacy. Loved that there were several bathrooms on each floor (at least 1 per room) and the separate suite. The living spaces were also nice and spacious for all of us to be together. The location is walkable and everything we did was within a 5-10 minute drive which made it very convenient.
