Different property

We needed to check in early but the place we reserved wasn’t available early so they put us in a bigger location. It worked out great. A great place to stay and we would definitely stay again. Thanks!!!!

Thanksgiving 24

Nice spacious area for family gathering. If you will be cooking, the stove only has a couple burners that work and oven is small with one rack. Needs a lot of cosmetic work but we still enjoyed our time there.

Work trip

Very comfortable, much more accommodating than staying in a hotel for a week. Check in- check out process was a breeze, communication with host great!

Nice and spacious

It was perfect for our stay my niece had a scholarship offer so we needed a place that could fit us all in. This place was perfect and had a good time. Also all stores were no more than 15 minutes way.

Midland Home

Wow. The location was absolutely perfect. We were less than 10 minutes from all of the Baby Shower activities. The house was spacious and gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and the AC was definitely needed and worked great. Will definitely book again.

Great Place and Location

Great home, super roomie and fantastic location!! The host was so accommodating as we were there for a tournament for our grandson and we weren't certain the time he would play on Sunday. Explained to the host and was so accommodating for a later check out. The home was set up with everything needed! We enjoyed our stay and will keep this property as a favorite!! Thanks again :)

Nice but unclean

Nice size and location for our stay but all the cabinets in the kitchen and bath were dirty. The shower was clogged towels were old and tattered no hand towels. Beds we’re comfortable but linens were dingy. Dryer sounded like a train. The backyard had garbage and cigarette butts.

Has great potential!

PROS: The size, location, and price were perfect for us while visiting family for five days in Midland. The property manager was so easy to work with. CONS: The house could be a great vacation rental, but it needs quite a few cosmetic repairs. Some even pose a safety risk, like broken tile in the shower and a broken doorknob in the bathroom. The microwave didn’t work consistently. The bedding on some beds was old, unmatched, and stained. I’m not even sure the sheets on my bed were clean. The house, yards, and fence definitely need some TLC. This would be an adequate long-term rental for a family needing to find something quick and cheap, but the quality isn’t what I’m used to in a vacation rental.

Yard needed work

Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. All these things could easily be remedied to bring this nice house up to 5 stars without much effort or expense. About the only problem inside was that the microwave did not work, which was an inconvenience in preparing and warming several food items both for the kids and adults. On the positive side, the host was quickly and pleasantly responsive to our questions and made checking in and out very simple, house was easy to access and clean inside, and the beds were comfortable. Internet and tv service was good as well. The place was very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Having a place to park in the back was another perk. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much after doing a little yard clean-up ourselves.
