This first floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is centrally located in Ocean Villas1 with a spectacular golf course view and is only a 4 minute walk to Ocean Village’s private beach. Hutchison Island offers fabulous beaches, boating, great waterfront restaurants, and fishing.
Our unit has tile throughout, updated furnishings, a flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom, a pullout sofa sleeper allowing you to sleep 4 in this unit, a large patio overlooking the golf course and pond, a king size bed, a walk-in shower and an extra vanity with sink.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, and blenders. There is also a fully stocked linen closet, so you won’t need to bring a thing. The closet includes everything you will need for the beach too, with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels.
We also provide high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, microwave oven/stove, blow dryer, and dishwasher.
There are many amenities to choose from like:
a 9-hole executive golf course, 4 swimming pools, 5 pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, a brand new clubhouse, and a fully loaded gym. The pickle ball courts and boat ramps are located five minutes down the street.
The community has a 24-hr. manned security gate. There is a seven night minimum stay here. Free Parking! (MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FROM JANUARY-MARCH)

Nice location

Condo owner is easy to contact and helpful. Check- in was easy. The unit location is convenient to all activities at Ocean Village. However the condo needs a deep clean/TLC and updating.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, well furnished and in a good location. They have a nice outdoor patio and beach furniture. We would stay there again!

The condo and host were spectacular; location was key for us near pool and beach with all necessities you need for some R&R in the sun. Close to restaurantswhether it waa dinner or appetizers & drinks. Hope to make this our yearly getaway ⛱️

Perfect location to it all

2 weeks during Christmas break. Enjoyed coffee on the patio listening to the waves. (Just over the berm beyond the 9th hole in your backyard) Walking distance to the Restaurant and Tiki bar. Really great food! Pools we nice and we always got seating. Pickle ball and tennis were a big hit there with teams lined up to play. Very family oriented community.

Comfortable oasis by the beach

The unit was clean, comfortable and nice to get to after a long day of exploring Ft Pierce and Vero Beach. There’s a nice view of the golf course and not a lot of movement or noise from the neighbors. The selling point for me was accessibility to the beach! You could either drive or walk to the beach and there’s all sorts of supplies (chairs, towels, etc.) Since we stayed for almost 2 weeks, we did laundry and cooked meals. Lavinia provided the necessary utensils, appliances and basics like salt and pepper. I suggest making a quick run to Publix on US-1 beforehand to ensure you have water (if you prefer bottled) to stay hydrated or for your coffee. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone that is looking for a quiet and safe place for your beachy getaway.

We purchased our unit at Ocean Village as part of our pre-retirement dream and have fallen in love with our weekend getaway! I am a teacher, my husband is a wine consultant, and we love traveling and going on new adventures. We have been renting units across Florida for years, so it is a delight to now be able to both enjoy our place when it is available and share this part of paradise with others!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Ocean Village is the best kept secret! It is so quiet and peaceful there, along with just extraordinary nature around you to enjoy. You will be able to park your car and spend your entire time enjoying the amenities without even having to leave. Everything is within walking distance and you have multiple activities to choose from like: tennis, golf, basketball, bocce ball, fishing, and swimming in one of the four pools or on the beach. The restaurant has a fireplace, sports bar, an indoor bar, a tiki bar outside by the pool, and a beautiful patio area overlooking the ocean. They offer happy hour every day of the week with live music on the weekends. Everyone is friendly and it is a fun place to meet other guests and locals. The food is great and it is only a four minute walk back to our unit!
What we especially love about our unit is that you can watch the sunrise come up over the golf course. What we also love is sitting in the little sunroom while the afternoon storms roll in and then grilling outside in the evening and enjoying it at the patio table. They have a green market Saturday mornings on the waterfront, only a few miles away, and a fantastic Publix grocery store on the other side of the bridge. It is fun to visit the jetty and the local restaurants and bars that are only 2 miles from our place.

You can pack up a picnic and enjoy it with your family and friends on the beach. We provide everything in the closet from beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. You are allowed to visit the beach anytime of the day and night, and we leave you a couple of rechargeable lanterns to take with you.
