We chose this location to have a place of our own while visiting parents that live 1 mile away. We appreciated the welcoming texts & clear directions that our host (Jim) gave on how to access the complex and room. It was a secure location, which had a gated parking area and locked complex. His instructions were perfect on how to access each and it went seamless! We had a long travel day from MN and with much delight, we stepped into a quiet, bright, clean, comfortable, welcoming beach-themed room! The bed was very comfortable and we slept well all 5 nights. There was a large closet to hang things, many beach necessities, and extra towels. The little things made this studio more roomy than one would expect! The in-unit hallway was a perfect spot to store our luggage; the dresser had several clean drawers, the bathroom had plenty of storage in the under-sink vanity & a medicine cabinet to hold toiletries as well. We like to stay organized when we travel and these are the little things that made this stay perfect! This room does look out to the parking lot, but look beyond and you can see the inter-coastal waterway (along with the seabirds in the trees!). The grounds of this building were well maintained & beautiful! Every morning we'd walk through the hall, bump into the friendliest people, head to the back where the grounds were gorgeous. Just beyond we'd walk through the gate & do our morning ocean walk. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jim!
