Restez directement sur la plage dans la station privée! Studio / efficacité à quelques pas du sable chaud! Complètement séparée et une entrée privée. Salle de bain privée, mini-réfrigérateur, four à micro-ondes, cafetière, lit king size et vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil sur la voie navigable inter-côtière! L'unité est une chambre simple, environ 150 pieds carrés (surface habitable totale de 200 pieds carrés). Attaché restaurant de plage. Piscine chauffée, comme bathwater. nature protégée conserve avec des miles de plages immaculées à errer. Deux heures de: Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens et Miami.

We didn’t stay because the place was too small for us. The location is very nice and direct on the beach with a pool. The restaurant is very nice and the food is excellent and for the location not too expensive

Clean & convenient!

Nicely updated studio on the beach, convenient to restaurants. Unit was very clean, quiet & perfect for one or two people to enjoy the beach. Owner was very communicative & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A perfect, cozy beachside escape!

If you are looking for an uncomplicated, comfortable, clean spot to rest, relax and mellow out, you will find it with this adorable studio. Jim makes everything easy and ensures that your entire experience is effortless! This was my second time staying here and it will not be my last! Thank you Jim!

The property description headline states "STAY ON THE BEACH!" This room faces the parking lot, you cannot see the beach. Granted it does not say you have beach view, but it is deceptive in my opinion. The rest was satisfactory, it was clean, easy to access, easy check in, quiet and comfortable.

The resort, food and pool were great

Loved the resort. The beach, pool and restaurant were incredible. Our unit was ok. It looked like nothing had ever been updated in it. Like an old hotel room. That aside, I wish it had been clean. No matter what I pay for a room, we do expect it to be clean. The owner did try and right it by promising not to charge a cleaning fee. I'm hoping it was an isolated situation. I did leave relaxed.

Two Weeks in Heaven

This place was very nice and peaceful, with plenty of space outside to enjoy the weather, take a stroll or take a swim. The restaurant on-site is absolutely delicious, so its fine for visiting more than once. As for the unit, it was small but expected as listed as 100 sq. Looks just like it does in the pictures. Bed is a little hard and pillows not much fluff. Bathroom tub looked to have a little mold growth, but was also stained so not sure. Jim the owner is super sweet and kind; and quiet. I only ran into him 3 times in 2 weeks. Jim says he is remodeling. I would love to return and see the improvements. Overall I felt like this is a nice place and I felt comfortable with the surroundings. Wish list for next time: Smart TV, more comfortable bed and pillows, and maybe a balcony :). I would definitely stay here again and hope to next year.

Terrible experience. Small and outdated room. Stay away!

This listing is inaccurate, the owner uses “smart” tricks in the description and images to attract travelers. This room is super small, you can hardly move around, but the owner uses wide angle lenses to create pictures that enhance the perspective (perspective distortion). The bathroom was probably done in the 1970s and never updated, and the view from the (tiny) window is on the ugly parking. Any cheap motel room is larger and cleaner and has better amenities that this ridiculous “studio”. When we arrived and saw how depressive and outdated this room is, we left after a few sleepless hours (afraid that rats will come around). We think travelers should have a clear picture of what they can expect here: an outdated, depressive, small room within the owner’s condo. This guy tricks people into renting his place and refuses to take responsibility. Shame on him!

Great atmosphere all around. Nice cozy room. Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful beach. Great resturant right next door. Would definitely do this again. 2 suggestions, nonslip applications for the tub and creamer/sugar for the coffee. Thank you.

Excellent room and location!

This was a fabulous find! Excellent location for my daughter and I there visiting family that live in the area. We wanted a little place of our own with a pool and on the beach. Check in was very easy and organized. When we arrived the TV was on and there were cold waters waiting for us. The owner made us feel very welcome and we would recommend this place to everyone! We loved spending time at the pool and having the beach just steps away. Thank you so much Jim for letting us stay at your beautiful place. Lisa and Becca ~

Fantastic location

This property was steps from Jensen Beach. The studio was on the fourth floor with a parking lot view, but it took literally seconds to get to the beach, the pool, and a wonderful restaurant on the premises. Quiet and private. The building was older and could have used a little TLC, and our studio had some deferred maintenance issues and could have used a deep cleaning, but we were comfortable and overall quite pleased with our stay.

Cozy Getaway

The property was just as advertised. Walking on the beach was delightful and just steps away from the resort. The pool was a perfect temperature. The restaurant attached to the room was very good. The condo condition was clean and everyone pleasant. Our room was all we needed and met all expectations!

Loved this place!

What a great little place! I couldn’t believe there were beach chairs, a beach umbrella, coffee pot, coffee, creamer, tons of towels, and a great view, even though not ocean side, and Shuckers right in the same building!!! Hope to go back someday!!!

Wonderful Room and Host!

The room was wonderful. The host was amazing! He was very helpful in showing us around the property. This was like a hotel room right off the condo main condo. It had a full bath, full closet, a comfy bed, small fridge, and a tv. All we needed for a long weekend stay! If it is available the next time we visit family, we will definitely stay again!!
