New owner, new renovation and new decor.
This tidy, beautiful beach house has everything you need for a family vacation. Only a 5 minutes walk to the famous Bonita Spring Beach. Be sure to step out to the backyard and check out the dock where pelicans and dolphins frequently visit! There are many areas where you can enjoy the sunset, whether you prefer the views from the balcony, or the pool! It's only a 5-15 minutes drive to many fine dining and shopping establishments. Fantastic home steps from the beach

This fantastic bayfront home is just a couple minutes walk to the beach. It has everything you could want for a vacation home. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room and dining room, and fully supplied kitchen. The heated pool is terrific, and there are plenty of beach supplies. The home was very clean and well decorated, and the host was the greatest! We plan to return for another stay, soon. Thanks!

A bit pricey, but great location

Really great location. 6 min walk to the beach and doc's beach house. A short drive to shopping, numerous excellent restaurants and entertainment. House is older and has some issues as many rentals do. Single pane windows made a few areas tough to cool down and the fogged up some mornings limiting the view. Living area is up narrow stairs and would not be appropriate for anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs. Saw dolphins and manatees in the bay from the house, and enjoyed using the provided kayaks. We were there in August and the no see ums were really bad, so come prepared. Overall very enjoyable stay.

My Canadian family flew in to celebrate my birthday with their six and nine-year-old.This was s a much-needed vacation. The six year old has been masked 1/2 his life :’(. the pool, clean property the location just perfectâ­ïžđŸ‘đŸ’

Bonita Springs Perfection!

What a fantastic location and property! We had 6 in group (4 adults and two children) and the home was everything we had hoped for. Pool was great, home was in great condition, loved the views from the back deck and dock! Saw dolphins in the evenings a few times and also manatees right up to the dock. Very short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the evening after dinner walks in the very quiet neighborhood. We initially thought it would be a bit challenging to cross the sometimes busy road to the beach, but the crosswalk traffic signals worked great and almost all drivers gave us plenty of time to cross. Tim, the property manager, was very responsive to the few questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Spring break softball

Upstairs main living, kitchen and bedrooms. Nice upper deck to see the sunrise. Smaller pool but was heated and usable and the screened in area was pretty large. They were gracious enough to let us have a cookout for the softball team and families that made the trip. Got to see some dolphins several times if you watch close enough from the deck. Easy walk to the Gulf white beaches. Only road in and out was congested with a few delays getting around but it was spring break. Overall a nice house and location

I grew up in the Northeast of China where I also attended college there. I moved to Toronto with my older son in 2006, my younger son and my daughter were born in Toronto after. I moved to the US in 2015 due to a job relocation. Currently, I reside in Naperville IL with my husband, my daughter and my German Shepherd dog Mulan. It has been 17 years since I moved to North America, my older son graduated from college, started working, he wants to become a successful businessman. My younger son is studying in a prestigious boarding school in New England, he is working hard for school study and his hockey, he dreams to play D1 hockey in Ivy league school. My youngest one, my daughter is almost done with her Junior High School, she decided to go to the same high school which her younger brother is in now. She is excited to start her boarding school life soon. Besides taking care my investment business, I do part time management job for Fudakin, which I co-founded in 1996. I also love cooking, appreciate art, decoration house and gardening. I also love hiking and traveling. My dream is to travel the world and own a small new concept restaurant after the two younger children go to college. Because we love traveling, it inspire us to start a Short Term Rental business. Our goal is to own many locations by the beach and in the mountain, so we are on way now. :)
Tim is our long time family friend, and he is also the property manager, we work hard to make this house clean and comfortable. Our house was renovated 2nd times within two years since hurricane Ian damaged, it is beautiful, artistic, and relax place, A short walk to the Beach, heated swimming pool, Kayak at backyard water, high end dinning and shopping within 15 to 30 minutes drive.
Monthly stay has discount. (except December, January , February, March )
