THE LAYOUT
The main floor's open-concept design offers a spacious and inviting living area that perfectly blends comfort and style. The living room features large sofas and recliners which is a perfect spot for perfect for family gatherings. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with high-end Thermador appliances, large walk-in pantry and complete with a large variety of cookware and dishware. It's fully stocked with everything you need for your culinary skills. Dine at the elegant dining room table and bar stools along the large kitchen island. Coffee drinkers are delighted with three options of machines from Kuerig K-cup, Nespresso and Jura. The wet bar is thoughtfully equipped for preparing your favorite cocktails and drinks. Step outdoors to the massive, elevated deck with firepit, gas grill and a variety of sofas, loungers and chairs, providing a cozy space to relax while enjoying the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The main floor also includes several guest bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the other has two full-size bunk beds, making it perfect for families with children. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, which features a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. An additional, living suite offers a queen bed with ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The top floor of the home is dedicated to three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. The master suite features a king bed and a large private balcony. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat with a spacious walk-in shower, his-and-her vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The first guest room also boasts a king-size bed and includes a desk, for those that need to get a little work done. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities and a walk-in shower, offering a touch of luxury. Positioned at the back of the house, the second guest bedroom offers peaceful beach views. It is furnished with a king-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet throughout the house. TVs are located in all bedrooms and living areas. Netflix, Youtube TV and Prime streaming accounts are provided for guest enjoyment. Sonos sound system is equipped throughout the house for your listening pleasure.
