The San Luis Resort is a world-class AAA Four Diamond Beachfront Resort located directly on Seawall Boulevard with 12th floor panoramic views from two separate balconies of the Gulf of Mexico, beach, and pool.
1-6 guests may enjoy this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium at the San Luis Resort. This condo will be great for a couple or a small family to enjoy. It has a full kitchen and 2 walk out balconies. The living area has 2 pull out couches. During your stay, you will enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer. The San Luis Resort is located on the historical Seawall Boulevard, just a few steps to the beach near 52nd Street.
The open concept living/dining/kitchen area allows for a spectacular view of the beach and gulf as well as your own private balcony. It has a dining table and four chairs, kitchen island with seating, and 2 pull out sleeper sofas in the living area.
Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the bedroom and 2 sleeper sofas in the living area. The full-size bath provides a combination tub/shower as well as ample vanity space.
All amenities listed at the hotel are available to you as our guest plus FREE assigned parking or the use of Valet parking for an addition fee paid at the hotel desk!
SAN LUIS RESORT
The San Luis Resort offers amenities like no other on Galveston Island. Once you arrive, you will never want to leave. Breathtaking views, hot tub, year-round pool with swim up bar, fire pit with Adirondack style chairs overlooking the gulf, and private cabanas and additional VIP plunge pool area available by reservation. There are plenty of restaurants onsite including the Cove poolside Cafe', the indoor San Luis Piano Bar (weekly live entertainment), award-winning restaurants such as The Steakhouse, Grotto Italian, Blake's Bistro and Cup +Cone, Starbucks coffee, and optional room service. The San Luis Resort also offers, adjacent to the hotel, an IHOP, Landry's Seafood House, and the Rain Forest Cafe. You may also enjoy fine shopping at Style & Trend, Aqua Essentials, and the renowned San Luis full-service Spa. The Spa includes a sauna and fitness center.
The resort is also ideally located in the center of the Seawall amidst countless restaurants, bars, fishing piers, and attractions including Pleasure Pier. Take stroll or rent a bike or cart and venture up and sown the famous Seawall or visit the Strand and Wharf.
NON-SMOKING
All San Luis Resort and Condominium properties are non-smoking.
CHECK-IN
5:00 PM Check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk will issue you your room key.
ROOM AND POOL ACCESS
Upon check-in, guests will receive an access fab key (1) required for condominium building entry and pool bands (6). Take care of your access card and pool bands. There is a $50 fee each to replace the card and/or bands.
PARKING
One complimentary covered assigned parking space in the gated garage is included. Parking garage key card is included with your reservation for you to self-park in the covered Quarter Share Owners reserved condo spaces. Make sure you pick a space on the second or third floor with NO NUMBER on the sign so you do not get towed. Additional parking is available in the parking lot behind the hotel. Valet is also available for an additional fee paid to the lobby desk.
CABLE AND WIFI
Basic Cable television and WIFI is included. However, we are unable to guarantee internet, cable or phone services or signal quality, even if listed as a provided amenity.
It is recommended to pack as if you were staying in a hotel when planning your vacation. Coolers are not allowed inside the rooms. If there are any questions, please send us a message, and we are more than happy to work with you to assure a pleasant stay.
HOUSEKEEPING
Full housekeeping is included prior to arrival and upon departure. Weekly rentals receive one mid-week lite housekeeping visit with a change of linens and towels. Linens may be exchanged every Monday. Please note that THERE IS NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. If you are in need, the trash shoot is located just outside of your room outside the stairwell exit and a coin operated washer/dryer is located in the hallway off of the elevators.
CHECK-OUT
11:00 AM Check-out. Please return all wrist bands and access cards where you originally found them to avoid a $50 band/card charge. Remove all personal items and return the room key to the Lobby desk.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

No towels, clothing, beach chairs, etc. shall be stored on balconies or over railings.
