Cool, California surf cottage vibes abound at this high-end, Palmilla Beach Resort Community townhome. With three bedrooms plus a fully furnished loft, this home is ideal for families and friends alike. Enjoy access to unbelievable amenities and services, including two community-heated outdoor pools, a fitness center, beach access, golf carts, pool cabanas, beach chairs, and umbrellas. As an added perk, the resort pool is just steps outside your home. Spend the day on the beach then enjoy a bit of friendly competition with a game of Ping-Pong in the garage.

The main living area is located on the second floor, boasting a well-appointed open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Let your family and friends gather around the smart TV in the living room while you treat them to delicious snacks and finger foods prepared in the well-equipped kitchen! You will have all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted with the coffee maker available. There is seating at the dining table and at the large breakfast bar. Right off of the dining area is the private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. This level also features a bedroom with a large TV and an en suite bath, and a half bath.

Downstairs, guests will come across a private bedroom with another flatscreen TV and an en suite bath, and a small, but convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer combo.

And last, but not least, the upper-level loft offers a small living area with comfortable furniture and a TV, a table and chairs, two bunk beds, and a full bath. While it has four walls and plenty of privacy, the loft is technically doorless and open to the second floor below. It is considered one of the home's three bedrooms.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
Summer items such as golf carts, pool cabanas, beach chairs, and umbrellas can be rented through Guest Services online before your arrival.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
