Overall, the house was excellent. Very clean. The check in process would be better if you could just check in at the house instead of having to go to the property management company. But overall really clean and nice place to stay. First time on bolivar Peninsula.

Perfect for family reunion

We rented the Hello Sunshine for spring break and it was perfect for 8 of us. We could have added 4-5 easily to sleep but it would have been crowded for the meals or just hangout around the house. House look brand new and is well stocked with everything (except towels and linens but they offer a service for that for extra$$). Easy access to the beach in front just accross the hwy 87. It felt like a private beach. We would definitely rent this place again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very nice, having a lift for groceries and bags was amazing. I picked this location to be out of the crowd and towards high island as much as possible... unfortunately you have to drive their office to get keys when your vacation starts and then the horrible trip when you're leaving and have to add about 30 more minutes of exit traffic after dropping keys off at the end of the weekend. Loved the property, hated the check in method. Will steal clear just to try and stop this annoyance again unfortunately... also note: I have done many many many vrbo and Airbnbs in my life and never had to print sign and fax in a waiver, all that is covered through internet rental policies and not necessary. Their properties make you do this extra step...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start that we visited a week after Hurricane Beryl. Cobb Realty did an amazing job of keeping us up to date on the property and whether we’d still be able to visit. Sadly, this was NOT the case with a handful of rental companies! The property was absolutely gorgeous! It felt like a home rather than a rental. It was decorated beautifully and had top of the line appliances, furniture etc. It was by far the nicest home we have rented in this area. The only cons we had were likely related to the hurricane so were situational. There was a lot of standing water so the mosquitos were unbearable. I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, getting to the beach was not as convenient as we hoped. We couldn’t just walk across the street due to standing water do we ended up driving to a beach entry. This worked out fine for us but with small children it would have been a hassle. Also, the beach on this end can be dirty (trash, etc) but again it may have been worse due to the hurricane. Overall, we absolutely loved this rental and we will for sure be back! We had an amazing week and Cobb Realty was wonderful!

Besides the beach, loved grilling on the lower deck, watching fireworks, looking at the stars, and dancing with my sweetheart. 🩷
