Just 200 yards until the sand is between your toes! Our house offers close proximity (just 1 block/2 minute walk/ 9 houses/200 yards) to one of the more quiet area beaches of Brigantine! Enjoy outdoor living with a big yard, front porch, and private deck in this newly renovated 1st floor condo!! Do you picture yourself enjoying coffee in the adirondack chairs on this brand new front porch? Then this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath completely renovated beach house is perfect for you! Our home was completely renovated on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt Renovations Season 5/Espisode 14. Brigantine is an absolutely wonderful beach town for families to enjoy fun-filled days at the beach, bike rides to ice cream, and quiet walks to watch the beautiful sunset. The Brigantine nature preserve and drive-on beach are just 4 blocks from our home! Brigantine offers it's visitors a quaint, quiet, family-oriented beach town with close proximity (10-15 min) to action-packed Atlantic City for the best of both worlds!

Beautiful Place

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and well stocked. The beach being a couple of blocks away was fantastic! The entire area was beautiful and relaxing. We did not want to leave! We look forward to booking this house, again, for our vacation next year!

Perfect condo for a family of 4. Very clean and new. It had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful Brigantine Home

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to beach and bay. We loved relaxing on the front and back porches. Kitchen was well equipped and beautiful. Gina, the homeowner, was a delight to work with. I would love to stay here again!

A picture perfect vacation

The house was beautiful and bigger than we expected. My partner and I, our daughter and 4 grandchildren were more than comfortable inside and out on the porch and patio.

Brigantine Dream

We had a great week in Brigantine. Traveled with my family (spouse and 3 adult children). The property was as advertised. Included beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach tags. Proximity to the beach was excellent (1.5 blocks). Outdoor spaces were really nice, including the outdoor shower. The inside was immaculate - everything was ready for us to move in for the week. Newly renovated with nice decor and excellent amenities (central air, washer/dryer, blankets, pillows). Did not include linens which you can rent or bring your own (sheets, towels, beach towels). The owner was super responsive and easy to work with - answered all my questions. Proximity to Atlantic City was really easy - 10 min drive. Our overall experience was EXCELLENT and would love to come back next summer.

My name is Gina and I am an elementary school teacher, and my husband is a contractor. We purchased our dream beach home here on Brigantine Island with a vision to use our skills to completely renovate and transform the home. Our whole family has been vacationing in Brigantine for years! It's the perfect vacation spot to enjoy time with our 3 daughters at the Jersey shore.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

With good bones and the best location (one block to the beach), we bought this home with the vision of renovating it. The home has been completely renovated and designed with brand new EVERYTHING! Our home was renovated on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt Season 5, Episode 14. Google "A Dream in Brigantine" to watch the full renovation! The home has been transformed into our beach dream home with space for everyone to come together and enjoy days at the beach, bbq's with family, and evening walks to see the sunset!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The home is located just one block to the beach and has an outdoor shower and plenty of parking. I will include a welcome booklet with tons of information about activities, restaurants, etc.. on the island and surrounding areas once booked so you can begin to plan your trip ahead of time!
